What I have noticed that the Madrid players need is more motivation , that start that is always needed for things to go well for them, that is what I see that they could be missing , of course it is my way of looking at it , I don't know if maybe they are Something Else.
When I list all-time best coaches, I don't include Ancelotti. He's a good coach quite alright but he's not among the all-time greatest. The only thing that makes him stand out is his 5 champions league which is quite an accomplishment, but we can't judge based on only the champions league. If it were so, Zidane would be among the greatest coaches of all time.
Ancelotti has only 5 league titles in about 28 years of being a manager. That's really poor stats if we're been honest.
He has coached the biggest clubs in different countries and he should have at least 10 league titles by now. He has coached Bayern, Chelsea, PSG, Milan, Madrid, and Juventus. He should have had more than 5 league titles with these teams even if he couldn't win with Napoli, Everton, or Parma.
Well it's true , one could say that when considering History, he still lacks many achievements, achievements and Titles , but I think Ancelotti is on the right track to do so, however I think Zidane has achieved a lot in a short time, he is a player/ coach because he has been very successful on both Sides , and I think he is a very accurate person in his way of looking at fútbol, I am not one to judge, but I think that in the UCL Semifinal, he lost because Ancelotti could not read the text well. The type of game that Pep Guardiola put before his eyes, he just had to be more offensive and not Stay so much in defense, City was going to Come out as it did , there I am saying that Ancelotti Failed with his Strategy.
That it is true that Barcelona is too bad than what their fans expected last season in the Champions League, but for next season they definitely have a mature plan to try to fix it. It's not easy to gain success in the Champions League even if a team is really good in their domestic league, and every team who participates will do their best.
Real Madrid wasn't bad as if they played horribly bad, but they were up against a far superior opponent. Even if you have a strong team on paper, in some years there are teams that are almost destined to win it and not many people had any doubts that last season Manchester City was overdue to win it. It was exactly the time when they peaked with their performance and the second leg was a lesson for Real Madrid against them. But that doesn't mean it will be the same this season. Everything is back to zero and regardless of the outcome of last season, Real Madrid is again one of the favorites for all three titles.
What I think of Madrid is that they will always have the possibility of winning the competitions that come their way, because they have a great coaching staff, apart from that they have some great players, in fact in this transfer window they did not want to bring Mbappé that he is all eager to come, the truth is that Florentino Pérez did not flinch from making the slightest effort to bring it to him, in fact, some say that he would have been the perfect complement for Vinicius and Rodrygo who are on the rise and the perfect substitute For a Benzema who gave this club a lot, however, as Madrid is right now, I see it very well, I see a good future for them and Ancelotti seems to be using very appropriate strategies.
Toni Kroos praises ‘exceptionally good’ Real Madrid new recruit: “Great talent for his age”
Madrid signed Guler from Fenerbahce after agreeing to pay more than his release clause. The youngster signed for the club from the capital city for a fee reported to be around €20 million.
Clips of Guler getting better of his Real Madrid teammates in training have already stormed the internet but the 18-year-old is yet to make an appearance for his new team.
All this, though, has impressed veteran midfielder Toni Kroos who has nothing but admiration for the young player.
“He’s one of the talents who ask ‘How do you do that? How did you pass like that?’ he is someone who wants tips, there are a lot of 18-year-olds who already think they’re too good and they don’t need tips. But he has the mentality to learn,” said the midfielder in his podcast Einfach mal Luppen (h/t Real Total).

In the case of Toni Kross, he is a very fair player, he always has a very positive response to what is presented to him, so welcoming the player well bodes well for the team, because a veteran like Kross who gives him The go-ahead is an incentive for the youngster, so with the desire he has to learn to do things well, it is something that not everyone passes on to his new teammates, I think Toni Kross is a crack in every sense of the word .
A player like this is the one that Madrid always looks for, young, with many dreams and hungry to win many competitions, the level catches up quickly, because in a team where they have a high level of competition , a player who is always eager to learn , because he simply does it so that he can quickly enter the title.
