But indeed there is a good chances for Madrid to beat Bilbao this time because Bilbao still unable to find their shape and during pre season tour Bilbao was unable to gets the winning results because in the last 5 matches Bilbao only able to gets 3 draw and 2 lose so compared to Madrid i think Madrid is slightly better than them and i haven't checked the odds yet but i assuming Madrid will be the favourite and the odds for them could be quite low

The Real Madrid squad is good enough to win the match against Atheletic Bilbao with their head-to-head statistics record on the ground, but the truth is that we don't know the form that Atheletic Bilbao is coming up with next season. Atheletic Bilbao's form can Improve and be a tough match, so with that, I can really predict that Real Madrid will be able to secure a win against Atheletic Bilbao. When it comes to Atletico Madrid, their manager Diego Simeone has been absolutely passionate about the club and would definitely do anything that'll see the Spanish club to always succeed.
When the Saudi offer came, I was never in doubt about the Argentine's loyalty to Atletico which I know wouldn't let him leave the club at this moment. His quest to win the UEFA Champions League trophy for Atletico Madrid hasn't been fulfilled despite taking them to the finals of the competition in two different occasions and I think he still believes that one day the dream will become a reality

Well, it'll going to be tough, I saw and watched how Athletico Bilbao did against Manchester United as they ended up with the final whistle being a full-time draw. Now, they'll be at home welcoming Real Madrid. Just like you said, I did another look it seem like it'll be a tough first half with the score ending one to Nil while the second half ends in favor of whoever takes the best chances they have.

Jude Bellingham brings additional support to the midfielder's, but not sure they'll start him against Bilbao. I feel do think,it's best if he comes from the bench. Real Madrid lacking since they've got no central player that attacks. They'll find it difficult to score goals.

This is a tough one to guess. At first glance people would go with the name and say that Real Madrid will win it for sure, but I agree that this is probably not going to be a game that ends with a 3 goal advantage for Real Madrid. It is the first game into the season and Bilbao has always been strong enough to step up against the pressure from seemingly stronger teams especially im home games. Real Madrid still has some unknowns in my opinion and Bilbao will be motivated to screw up the beginning of the season for Real Madrid.

It is difficult to judge teams by their pre-season matches, Real Madrid lost the last two games to Barcelona and Juventus, in both matches they conceded 3 goals, this is a lot, even considering that these are not official matches. Athletic played most games draws, Valverde did not make so many substitutions in these games, which means he has already decided on the starting lineup. To be honest, I personally feel unsure about Real Madrid's current performance. Even in pre-season matches, we can see that there are still many mistakes made in Real Madrid's attack line in the completion of attacks. But in building attacks, this club has done very well, but in the completion of the attack, it is still problematic. But for the match against Athletic Bilbao I feel that this match will be quite fierce. Considering that this match will take place at home to Bilbao. This was one of the downfalls of Barcelona's management in the previous era as they seemed to have no love for money and instead made some senseless purchases with huge sales and losses in the end.
More than 400 million they spent on these 3 players if calculated in total but the performance and return can be said to be a failure and indeed as you say this is not profitable but seeing Dembele leaving of course the price is not too much of a loss when compared to Griezmann and Coutinho.

But this is a good lesson for Barcelona not to do the same thing and not let incompetent people behind their scenes.

Madrid needs to do something better. I meant it has no good striker in the club. The club's performance may weaken further compared to the previous season. Kroos may think about retiring from football next season.
We shall not put high expectations for both of players caused by they are aging now. The fact that if modric and kroos may finished their career in real madrid. The striker has become the main target from real madrid now. I doubt if madrid gonna surpass barcelona soon.

It's hard to find somene who can do the same like benzema. Madrid can never get it till the club will be using a lot of money to buy the new striker. Joselu is not the right answer right now for madrid.
