I have discuss about this before that Franck Kessie is failure transfer from Barcelona because since last season he was unable to impress Xavi and his future was questionable because Barcelona want to release him especially Kessie hasn't into Xavi this season plan but indeed Kessie doesn't want to leave because he still wants to prove to Xavi that he still deserves to play with Barcelona but apparently now Barcelona has decide to sell him to Arabian club i think this is the right decision for Barcelona because they really required fresh funds to bought more player to strengthen their squad

I don't agree with you about that. Barcelona needs to care with its financial trouble first rather than try buy more and more players. The trophy already won by barcelona against totenham was nothing. Barcelona needs to focus on selling some players like torres, fati or even raphinha if the club wants. Solving the financial trouble is a must for barcelona right now.
This has become the main concern caused by barcelona may not able to register the new player till the end of season if the club is still having financial trouble.

That is right but I assume they could also do some create accounting like Chelsea has now done it and still get away with it if they really want a player.

Here in an article from the times it is said that Chelsea had to pay a £8.6m fine for breaching some of the FFP rules or for financial irregularities. Thinking about how crazy they went with their transfers, this penalty seems to be tiny and I wonder how that is supposed to keep Chelsea from having irregularities again.

Barcelona has now been far from the spending level of Chelsea. They could take into account even some minor penalty if they needed to.

Kessie was a part of the lineup in most of the matches last season. He wasn't performing badly either. Did Barcelona really want to sell him due to poor finances? Firstly I don't think Barcelona's financial status is in bad condition. They have made big sponsorship signings so they must have a big transfer budget.

Secondly rather than poor finances they have issues with FFP rules when they want to sign new players of their choice. Because of this they need to make some improvement in their budget. But Kessie wasn't exactly one of top earners in the squad though.

I wonder whether Kessie himself wanted to go to Saudi Arabia depending on the salary offer he got from there.

More of Cancelo has been seen but no same for Jeremy Frimpong who had another wonderful season beith Bayern Leverkusen. Not just Barcelona, Erik Ten Hag also placed him amongst the players he must get but then Wan Bisakka after the World Cup Competition leveled up his game.
Though I will go for Cancelo over Jeremy Frimpong. Frimpong is a very fast player but Cancelo has worked with Pep Guardiola has a better understanding to the game over Frimpong. The fee might be the little issue since they have financial matters at hand.

Joao Cancelo is one of the best full backs at the moment in my own opinion and that's because of his ability to join attack when his team is attacking and to also fall back defensively when they're defending.

Too bad Barcelona is still dealing with economic problems. Since they see the team as a symbol of the Basque region, they do not allow it to be sold.
