Their squad from that of last season yes their is no much different,  but you shouldn't expect the same result.  Players get weak due to injuries or age, Real Madrid performance this season is not bad but it is not up to the standard of last season,  I think their players are weak .

I think the point of the OP saying that the coach is inexperienced is because he hasn't been around long and only managed 1 team so he became a coach and directly took over Barcelona. He joined Al Sadd in 2019 as a coach and in 2021 he was immediately entrusted with taking over his former team while still a player. I have to say both teams will starting this match with not full of squad because for Villarreal i saw 4 players who got injured besides that Villarreal will losing some of important players such as Pau Torres and Dani Parejo because of card accumulation and for Girona their holding midfielder Oriol Romeu will be unable to play because of suspension and i think this will have any affect for their game today because Romeu is one of their key player and almost be played regularly
