But indeed I feel that Barcelona are still struggling in finishing now even though there are some new players there

I really enjoyed especially the matches that Barcelona and Atletico Madrid played in last week. They both had very difficult matches and it reflected on the score very visibly too. Barcelona couldn't win in the derby against Espanyol and they barely saved one point by equalizing the score late in the match. And Atletico Madrid had a big shock against Getafe first as Getafe came back after being 2-0 behind and even got ahead. But they still managed to win it by 4-3 somehow. It was a historical match for sure.

The last editions of the Classico seem like Real Madrid is a size too big against Barcelona. I think Madrid is way above Barcelona at the moment. We also expected much more from Frenkie de Jong. Every time in the classico he does not come into play against the midfield of Madrid. He has had golden seasons at Ajax, but now seems to be sinking further and further. Even though in the match vs Espanyol Barcelona were not able to win the match, but I applaud Adama's performance where he became a very important player to provide assists for Barcelona's goals in his last 2 matches. Adama is yet to score, but he has created 2 assists in his 2 appearances. This is good news for Barcelona who will face Napoli in the Europa League in the coming days.

I'm still quite curious about Aubameyang and it looks like he needs more time to adapt to Barcelona. He hasn't put in the good form that could benefit Barcelona, but I think he will soon prove to us that he can too.

Is certain that Getafe weren't able to withstand Atletico Madrid. Although, Atletico got a red card, which I think was a good opportunity for Getafe to either win the game or maintained the score. Getafe really couldn't capitalize on their one-man advantage that they got in the 58th minute. Actually, they have got all their goals before the red card happened. Atletico Madrid were really good and played really well even though they were down one man for almost half of the match.

I actually think that Getafe were not on the same level as Atletico Madrid in that match. anyway, 4-3 is good when you are 1 man short honestly.

Athletic Club has won 3 of the last 4 matches. Made a draw. They have played well enough in every match. Moreover, in the Copa del Rey match, they were able to defeat a strong team like Real Madrid. it's like the results are inversely proportional now but what's interesting is the odds here are indeed quite large.
At the moment the odds for Mallorca are 3.45 and for Bilbao it is 2.35 which is quite big between the two teams but indeed I feel it will be for the away team and I feel Bilbao will win this match.

The draw wasn't the worst for either team in that game as I believe Barcelona really struggled to find a way to score the second goal after they scored it early in the first half. Espanyol really made Barcelona suffer throughout the match, fortunately De Jong managed to equalize a few minutes before the match was over. Despite having the same points as Atletico Madrid, Barcelona is still in 4th place in the standings. Yes, certainly not safe for them.

That total of three red cards in the match were a little too much for my liking. The math was actually really good If we forget about the cards. Both teams have played really well in that match and deserved to get a point from that match. But if Barcelona could have won their match I think they would have got closer to the top three spots.

I agree with you. Barcelona's game is improving by Xavi. Barcelona and Xavi need time. In the future, we can watch a better Barcelona. I think, a little more patience and support.

Barcelona is now shifting Atletico in the standings. Seeing what both clubs are doing, they are still trying to show improvement and don't want to give up. Espanyol was weak as an opponent. Barcelona should have scored 3 points from this match. I would say that Barcelona's performance was not good. At least we expected better performance from it. Barcelona's performance against Atletico Madrid was remarkable. So we all thought that Barcelona would continue this performance for at least some more matches.
A few days later, Barcelona will play a home match against Napoli. I would be happy to go one step further in the Europa League by beating Napoli. Xavi would like to confirm at least one trophy.
