The absence of Benzema causes most trouble for Real Madrid and they struggle to score goals. Their defense system does not have too many issues with absence of Casemiro. At least in latest matches, their defense is still well without Casemiro.

Asensio managed to score a late winning goal for Real Madrid but who will be the next? They need Benzema back for La Liga and more important, for Champions Leauge.

Elche have solid defender player and I think Sevilla will get the same difficulty like Ream Madrid hard to scoring against with ELche. Last previous two match Elche get good result played draw with Real Madrid 2-2 and success defeated Alaves 4-1. I think Sevilla will have busy match for this week after against with Elche they need prepare for 16 round on EUROPE League competition, I think need to use substitute player when Sevilla against Elche for their player keep fresh when EUROPE League competition on middle week.

Real Madrid have a good handicap, it will not be easy for any team to bypass Real Madrid. In fact, this is necessary for Real to lose three matches, and Sevilla needs to win all the matches, so this option seems very unlikely. If you look at the time when Real Madrid had a hard time winning the match with Elche, of course, it would be something to be proud of for Sevilla to ensure that Sevilla's players can go beyond what Real Madrid's players cannot. this is not an easy match for sevilla where Elche are unbeaten in their last five La Liga matches, and Sevilla are yet to win in their last 3 La Liga matches.
Of course Sevilla wants a win to be able to continue to approach Real Madrid at the top of the standings and while Elche wants a win to be able to be in the middle of the standings.
although sevilla are very seeded tonight but according to my prediction Elche will provide a very fierce resistance and it is not impossible for Elche to steal points at Sevilla.

It was a tense match and I'm sorry that Athletic before the second leg could not achieve any advantage at all, although they had every chance to do so. It will be quite a shame if the team that knocked out Real Madrid and Barcelona from the draw does not even reach the final. In the second match, Valencia will most likely be the favourite, but I would rather bet on a draw and on the winner in the penalty shootout.

Valencia cannot be underestimated by Bilbao, although Bilbao can get rid of two giant teams, Barcelona and Real Madrid in the previous match whose quality is better than Valencia. Evidently in this match they can be held by Valencia.
I see the four teams that advance to the semifinals are fairly even, but Bilbao have a bigger chance than the other 3 teams, including Valencia they are facing now. They must not miss the opportunity to win the title again.

Atletico madrid - Getafe

a good chance of atletico madrid to have 3 points, they will win this game

I think this most difficult game between Villareal - Real madrid because Madrid looks have another important match four days later on Champion League faced with PSG, I think Ancelotti not really brave for using regular player on this games. Will give chance for second composition player when Madrid faced with Villareal and keep stay on bench as regular player for Champion League match. Important match and most busy day for Madrid in this week beside still left 6 points only from Sevilla on La Liga and need focus on champion league.

It looks like ancelotti has a difficult choice in that match, but i think madrid will still play their regular players to be able to win against villareal later, because after all ancelotti will not try to gamble to waste the opportunity to stay away from sevilla, for professional players maybe 4 days distance The match can give them enough time to rest to recover their stamina for the next match.
