As the new season is getting close, I wonder what kind of a start we will see. Atletico Madrid had a great season and won the title in the last season. But in this season, things may become quite different. I expect a higher competition from Barcelona and Real Madrid this time. I guess that Atletico won't succeed in winning the title 2 times in a row. This time, I expect a big competition between Barcelona and Real Madrid for the title.
If we compare Atletico Madrid with Real Madrid and Barcelona, then Atletico is in a good enough position. Their team was stable enough the previous season. This season they are increasing more energy. They have De Paul in the team. He’s a good enough midfielder. They have a good chance of winning the title this season too.
I do agree that unless ATM gets that championship high and start to play worse just because they feel like they have done what they need to and give up, then they will have a chance to win, all they have to do is comeback to win it again, which is not easy but they may do it. I agree with the idea that Barcelona is not looking great on the transfer window so far, they are still trying to keep Messi and in order to do that they are willing to sell or waive so many players, that is not really an easy task to do but even if they do it, they are going to keep Messi at best while losing many players, or they may not even get Messi which is going to be a huge problem.Real on the other hand is in the middle of both teams, they are not as good as ATM because they were champions and getting better, whereas Real is basically a new team, they have new players and ancelotti will have to prove, either they will be even better and the best or they may become worse, it is unknown at this stage.

It's certain that Ramos is gone, Alaba might come. But Alaba is a left-back. Then if Varane leaves Madrid it will be even more difficult. Of course he will be with Anceloti, but if it is true that there is no shopping for new players it is like a nightmare. Next season will probably be boring. Because until now they have not made a move to openly buy players. For barca I heard that Grizeman will be swapped for athletico midfielder Saul Niguez. I don't think real Madrid are in any pursuit for any prolific player except kylian mbappe, but I don't think he is leaving PSG this season, but Madrid has enough talent that they don't need an additional player in their ranks, when Real Madrid went back for zidane I really thought it wasn't a way forward for the Spanish team, and now they need a more qualified Coach than anything else, Madrid won't win a major trophy with zidane in charge.

I may think otherwise with you, in my opinion, Barcelona have a greater chance of winning next season than Madrid, in addition to their bigger squad and the number of star players who joined this season making the Barcelona squad more dangerous next season, besides That's of course the messi factor that stayed in barcelona making the team more complete, and unlike the case with madrid today, which was left by some of its core players such as ramos and varane (still rumours) so that their team limped a bit because until now madrid had not found a replacement think alaba will not be enough to be able to strengthen the madrid defense.

Modric and Cross are already at the end of their careers, it is clear that their best years are already behind them, and they are not keeping up with young, fast players. Real has a very important resource, these are big finances, they may just have to do a good job with updating the roster, and then Real will have real chances to compete for the championship, or it will be a repeat of last season.

I agree with you, for now (in a short time) it is very difficult to find a replacement like Ramos at Real Madrid, but I am very sure that in the future Real Madrid will find a replacement.
Btw, Have You Seen Jesus Vellejo's playing style? His playing style is very similar to that of Sergio Ramos, he is still very young and there is still a lot of time to develop his playing skills.

They've been struggling ever since they lost their backbone of Galacticos, and Zidane coming back and keeping them in the race didn't do him much justice, but yeah, I'm sure they and money will find a way.

If he won't sign a new contract, PSG will have to sell him at lower price in next season. Where do you know the information, mate?If it is valid information, selling Mbappe is the best option. It will become a bad decision to hold Mbappe and not trying to consider other clubs' offers to sign Mbappe. I am not sure PSG can convince Mbappe to stay if he really has a big intention to leave and go to his dream club. As Real Madrid looks like his dream club, PSG is better to consider Real Madrid's offer if any. It will be good for PSG and for Mbappe as well.
