It looks like it has a "Fee Surcharge" feature. "Max. is 0.3%, this % will be added on top of the standard trading fee. All proceedings will be credited to the project issuer." Given that Labcoin was behind a lot of BTC-TC's volume, it is indeed interesting for Scam Noi! (edit: actually, LBC has no fee surcharge. my bad)But if they were to scam, why didn't they just disappear after BTCT shutdown? More money to be made on cryptostocks?

That video is hilarious but if you watch the actual interview with the host, they did alot of things not to protocol that day they never rehearsed the show which they did, and put these funny talking guys one after the other, someone wanted him fired.
