Caused by bugs and limitations in some legacy banking systems, several users reported that they were unable to fit our original company name, "Shanghai Trading Information Technologies, Inc.", into the corresponding wire form field. Even worse, the memo field was truncated too in a few cases.
Since the traditional banks are slow to respond as expected, LakeBTC decides to tackle this issue proactively to reduce the unnecessary delays and costs. Effective immediately, our company name is changed to Shanghai Trading IT, Inc for bank wire purposes.
Note that the old name is no longer valid.
