Dear Users,

LakeBTC has patched the bug “Heartbleed” in an encryption software used by millions of websites around the world.

This flaw is contained in several versions of OpenSSL, a cryptographic library that enables SSL (Secure Sockets Layer) or TLS (Transport Security Layer) encryption. Most websites use either SSL or TLS, which is indicated in browsers with a padlock symbol.

Fund safety, data security and user privacy are paramount to the team at LakeBTC. Rest assured LakeBTC will keep your assets protected and personal information private, so you can focus on market decisions.

Thank you for choosing LakeBTC.com!

So LakeBTC (like many many sites) was vulnerable until the patch?
And I guess you guys updated your SSL certificate, as well?
Just thinking those details are important, but not 100% clear to me from your statement.
