Does their customer support not send e-mail to tell the reason why you rejected?

Even if you are rejected that they should tell you what's wrong with your verification. And verification process will not be too long, compared to bitstamp, I verified twice, success in 3 days.

A few months ago I set up an account at LakeBTC, but my verification was rejected, but then I ignore it. Now I have to think of it, this time I would like to ask it to the experienced veterans on this forum.
I am an American citizen, but I am working on China now, and I have all kinds of bank accounts in China.
Then is my questions:
I wonder that whether United States citizens is prohibited in lakebtc like others?
If it can, how should I verify my LakeBTC account? ( U.S passport + Chinese phone + Chinese address proof )
Can I use any china banks to transfer deposit to lakebtc, instead of an international wire?
Any helpful suggest would be appreciative.
