About the firmware, does anyone know how to update it (both temporarily until next power cycle and permanently by flashing it) only with the xc3sprog utility and a Xilinx USB cable?
I suspect it should work and it's the same procedure for both Lancelot and Icarus boards. I tried some command line based on what I used on Cairnsmore boards on one of my Icarus but couldn't make it work (I didn't try to flash).
