Hi,
I'm wondering if there is any interest for purchase with BTC two parcels of land in Zion, IL. I do not have control of the property yet, but closing should occur within the next 45 days.
One parcel is zoned commercial and the other is zoned residential. There are revenue generating billboards and a radio tower lease on the property of approximately $3500 per year. Not sure on price yet but the residential property is currently listed at $14k and the commercial property at $99k.
Would probably let it go for 400-450 BTC if there is interest.
No pics or further addresses at this time as I have not closed on the property, but if there is interest I'd be willing to provide more details once closing has been completed.
