The opportunity to turn bitcoin into something tangible is not really the focus here. No body wants to lose their bitcoin all in the move to turn bitcoin to tangible because bitcoin is already been used for transaction. When investors are convinced, they pay with bitcoin, even to buy car.

My question is, why the reduction in price? Did any body ask for reduction? Because, I don't think a seller just randomly reduce their price like that when no buyer asked for that. Also, you did not say how much it was reduced to, just as you gave the ask price.

Finally, you have not mentioned accessing the road to the land. That is important.

Hey, sorry i wasn't very clear, the sites have the full infrastructure already in, the electricity is supplied by overhead power lines, water and drainage are setup.

Information

Plot 1: Great Exuma 10,000 sq ft with planning permissions for a house! Surrounded by clear blue water and great all year round temperatures. The Bahamas sound plots were set out in the 1960's/70's for the purpose of building vacation homes. We are selling it because we probably never have the finance to construct a home there.

The above map shows the plots of land and as you can see it is still largely undeveloped however the above plot is situated opposite a developed site therefore electric and other services are on confirmed by the buyer. i have full documentation deeds land holding certificate and yearly tax receipts available to interested parties for inspection. The buyer will be responsible for the additional legal and all other fees relating to the transfer of the title of deeds and registration. Please be advised that there are restrictive covenants which apply to the land (building heights and other regulations etc)

No income tax, capital gains tax or inheritance tax is applicable.

The nearest resort to the land is Sandels Great Exuma Resort just a few miles to the north. It really is a lovely place, so peaceful and people are incredible.

I do have photographs of the plot i just need to dig them out of the paperwork and scan them in but to be honest the photographs are not much to look at, just overgrown land.
