I am starting to think this is a problem on blockchain.info site instead of the actual blockchain. Picture below for what I am seeing, funky.

Right now there hasn't been a block for 50 minutes according to http://blockchain.info/. How often does this actually happen? I assume the issue is just bad luck across the network. I also noticed a flood of transactions (the feed was a blur there were so many coming in), could this delay block times due to miners including some into blocks they are mining?
I'm not worried, more just wondering why this occurs.
