You lead and I'll watch you walk away.

That's what I needed. I used the info to file my own complaints all day today. Thanks for the help.

Bruno, I'm going to need some of your Google Fu skills. I need to know the license # or need a copy of the public record for BFL's business license. I need the jurisdiction and business structure (LLC, corporation, individual sole proprietorship, etc.). I also need to know if they rent their business space and the landlord information if you can get it. Do you know if they ever applied for an FCC/ULS license and if they were given a temporary right to distribute product before licensure.

If I come up with more questions later I'll post them here. Thanks in advance.

Working backwards, the UL information (or lack thereof) may not be available. Would need help on that aspect.

The FCC is readily available for all to see, and as of yesterday--NADA (as any BFL assembler to translate).

You can Google: Wyoming sos; Kansas sos; Missouri sos (all without quotes). You'll easily find their business when you search for BF Labs.

The landlord for their El Monte facility is located in the same building.

No permits were pulled during the extensive retro, thus not allowing the local municipality to know if their facility is a safe environment to conduct business in.

We have no way of knowing if the assemblers are legally allowed to work in the US or if they have been properly vetted by some temp service. They may have been tricked into working there, lured by the word jalapeño.

The miners BFL are building also would need CE certification prior to being shipped to Europe or possibly elsewhere.

Thanks Bruno, that helps. I'm filling out some forms and need as much info as you can get me.

A fresh start.  I'm on a good track now, trying to put the past behind me.

It's a shame that Sonny Vleisides is such a big pussy that's his too afraid to come back here and address the issue as to way he's back in the lottery business. Isn't not against his probation terms. I may have to reread that to make su...WTF!!! Of course it's against his probation terms. I think his probation officer better look into this, otherwise he may lose his job now that it's brought to his attention.

Feel free to Google "sonofodi" to see what he was up to even though he claimed to be moping around his Mommy's house till she got him an account at match.com where he met his cousin and had a baby, prior to somewhere along the way, he got involved with the BFL project.

The bitcoin community and it's success are important to me and my past isn't a threat to it or to the BFL corporation.  I hope you can see that.

Sonny Vleisides owns WebSpawner.

BFL's days are numbered. You've all been warned. All those who come a cryin' later will be laughed at. A real investigation is in the works, for I've personally have had two agencies contact me. What's puzzling is I ain't got a clue as to how they got my contact information. Odd! But, I guess they have their ways.
