Is Mark Karparles from MtGox.com a secret CIA agent?

Need private investigators to find out.
Investors all over the world lost massive amount of money to MtGox.

My company Cryptocurrency Inc. lost 34.7 bitcoins to MtGox :/

No, he's definitely too incompetent to be a secret anything.  Also, why did you bump this terrible thread?

and:

no one should be using gox anyway because they're shit.

Called it.  If you had listened you could have given me some of your 34.7 bitcoins as a reward.  Grin

3. MtGox has a record of your Bitcoin transactions anyway (at least the ones you did from/to them), by definition.
4. The anonimity didn't have anything to do with the number of addresses, but rather with the fact that your identity is nowhere linked to your Bitcoin wallet in any way.

I'm simply making a point that even having multiple btc addresses in your MtGox account, MtGox is obligated to track (and possibly report) every single transaction. It can only be anonymous if MtGox delete every btc addresses that MtGox gave you in your deposit and withdrawal after a certain period of time such as 1 to 3 days, 1 to 2 weeks. MtGox does not delete your transaction records therefore the title of this thread reads: "BITCOIN transaction is no longer Anonymous" maybe I should modify the title of this thread from "Bitcoin" to "MTGOX transactions"

This means, it will keep records of all your bitcoin transactions regardless of how many btc address you will have with MtGox

what is the difference with bitcoin "itself" ... ?

If i read a bitcoin adress from a signature on this forum ... with blockchain.info, i can "view" all old transaction and source of transaction linked.

all "serious" exchange have a internal (bitcoin) node to wait 6 confirmations of a transaction ... like virwox ... when you demand withdrawal.

In the old days, Bitcoin transactions could be anonymous because MtGox allows you to have unlimited amount of btc address.

There's been a recent change in the Bitcoin:
 - MtGox now use blockchain to verify every transaction. (This means, it will keep records of all your bitcoin transactions regardless of how many btc address you will have with MtGox). I'm thinking MtGox have to comply to this because Bitcoin is now consider to be a mainstream cryptocurrency.

However, there is always a back door to being anonymous it's called alt coins.
You have no idea what you're talking about.

1. MtGox ≠ Bitcoin.
2. You can have as many Bitcoin addresses as you want, period. No matter what MtGox says.
3. MtGox has a record of your Bitcoin transactions anyway (at least the ones you did from/to them), by definition.
4. The anonimity didn't have anything to do with the number of addresses, but rather with the fact that your identity is nowhere linked to your Bitcoin wallet in any way.

Stop spreading FUD please.
