Did you get your Ethereum or it is gone? Latoken is doing really suspicious activities nowadays. Once I cared about this exchange but when I see some good project like Tecra Coin, Lol Education Token, Westoken got ruined because of Latoken exchange, I gave up on this! However, You should ask help in their support box immediately! Because as they are replying, they won't get success by suspending your account and eth!

So it is not good to have funds coming from an gambling site? I wanted to know how these exchanges such as this latoken can marked one account with transactions as illegal. How did they found out since blockchain is really broad. Unless their using the info of him and check out as wanted somewhere. But is this legal? That's why KYC is dangerous who knows what are they doing with our info. Sorry to hear with OP's case.

Actually, I don't think there is any exchange that allows funds from gambling sites. It's on the terms of service but since no one reads that, it's hard for people to know, not until things go wrong anyway.

Also, it's very easy for an exchange to know if your funds are coming directly from a gambling site. The site's hot wallet will most likely be known to the public. An easy way to avoid this would be to use a mixer.

They don't coins that is from gambling sites? I didn't know that but I have done it many times that I have sent coins from casinos and my transactions went  smooth though. I have't done it with Latoken yet several exchanges like Binance didn't seem to mind it.

OP's account is  temporarily blocked, which I guess will soon be unlock. Maybe Latoken will soon ask him to explain.

Are you serious? Can you count some exchanges who do that?

I got paid some bitcoin in gambling site per week and almost every week I withdrawn them to wallet's exchange and I have no problem for almost two years. Have you try it by the way?

i don't believe that Latoken is a scam exchange. they have made alot of improvement on their site. alot has changed. both the interface, token listing and trading. what left of them is the high charges on depositing and withdrawal. apart from these, Latoken is back to its initial stage. it is an amazing trading platform and i am using it. i enjoyed using it.
you can contact support to be sure of what your problem is..

This is not suspended actually, sometimes their exchange shows fake suspension warning! I am not a fan of this shit exchange but once I used Latoken exchange when I used to believe that Latoken is the rapidly growing exchange! You should contact via their admin and ask him to resolve your issue, therefore you may delete the browser's cache and history and then login again, I hope your problem will be solved!

LAToken stole my eth,  suspended my account.

"Your account has been suspended based on suspicious activity. All trades and withdrawals are temporarily blocked. Check your email for more
details"

I didn't receive any email.
Join in this group https://t.me/latoken and ask admin regarding your problem and just try to explain it slowly. This has happened with some people before and i think you can recover your account back as long as you will be doing verification for your account. I have been watching the telegram group and so many people were getting the same problem as you.
In my experience, if some people may able to recover their account but the admin will try to force the users to complete all of the verification.
Be careful when you are using this exchange site.

you try to make a new latoken account and ask them directly via email or through their support website, there must be a reason why your account can be banned and if indeed your assets are in that account it is better you immediately contact the support side for further checking. regarding your account

You need to ask latoken exchange team why they block your account, the only reason why this used to happen on big exchanges is illegal or stolen coins that get deposited on exchanges, they have their ways of tracking such coins

Have you contacted Latoken support to ask why your account was suspended like that and not via e-mail notification.
The problem is that I have traded tokens several times there as a result of the bounty, there is not the slightest problem or trade or other withdrawals, I think this problem can be resolved if you immediately contact the support service.

The suspicious activity they're referring to doesn't necessarily mean illegal. It could be gambling for example. A lot of exchanges might suspend your account for that reason.

why would the person use his own identity for kyc if he knew that he is wanted  ? that is a dumb move because if will be caught . your curious if how they found out the transaction ? i believe they search the transaction on the blockchain , by there they can see the name of the gambling site or the address if its own by a gambling site . not all exchange are strict and are doing it but LAtoken might be one of those strict exchange . i also heard that this exchange have a scam accusiation before , maybe they are just shady and will attempt to scam people and make alibi's

Check the spam folder of your email, sometimes emails like this goes there or the other folders of your email if you can't find it on your inbox.

What activity have you done with them? or you did nothing and they simply became like that? Those complains that I have seen before were such like this and try to contact them first and tell them your explanation.

There were already lots of threads about them.

If you are sure you haven't done anything of the above, you should try to reach out to their support team or just ask if other users are facing the same issue here: https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?topic=2168552.3800
