basically you are a detective, but you only made 2 posts since you created this thread ... so I wonder. How many scammers have stolen since the date you created this thread until today? to answer is: many.

If you want to have a service like this that you intend to create, then you will need to have a great reputation, start by showing work.
This thing would really be tough on tracing out all of the things does he mention knowing that these kind of transactions specially on scam transfers are anonymous.Even a single case will really you took sometime to solve it how much more if he do talk generally all of them? Scam ICO, Magical Project targets or aims are already common nowadays and as an investor we should really obliged our selves to research as careful as we can.Regarding on this idea,i do love it since it do focus on frauds but the question is how it would be done?

It' not so easy to call ICO a scam even wiith someone's words and without proof. Usually if there is scam alert, someone who has proofs opens thread against ICO in scam accusation and after that DT members tag project owners. So I think it will be better if you monitor them like token report does. On another hand not a bad idea but don't have hope to get profit from that project.

However, what you're saying is only an inclusion to bitcointalk forum which only the members are benefited on the process of " report -> pass unto scam accusation -> DT tags the project owners". How about the people outside bct? How could they know the bad and the good ICO? I guess it would be better to have this than to have nothing, right?.  I can see a clear vision that if this would be developed , it can be the same with badbitcoin badlist but an ICO version.

The idea is good but you will need to create trust before people will believe you that you are making effort to  fight scamers and in effect support your ideas and fund it.  There are many projects currently promoted on this forum that are not as good as this idea you have but the owners were able to build trust over time and also interact with people especially on this forum. You should spend more time to share how this scam project is going to be and if we understand you very well we would put our money.

We're working on something similar at Token Report (http://tokenreport.com). We don't point the finger at scams, but we do keep track of allegations and fishy developments. For example, one high-profile project we are tracking removed its entire team page.

In order to help catch scammers, one has to have a good reputation online and offline. The crook catcher has to be trusted well enough to get the support of the Bitcoin and cryptocurrency community. With that said, I am fully supporting of any move to cleanse the ranks and files of the Bitcoin community of any scammers. We don't have any place for people whose livelihood is centered on fooling people to splurge their money and then leave them empty-handed.

I even believe that this idea (a very simple one but very much needed) has been too late. The whole Bitcoin and cryptocurrency community must be linking together and help promote awareness on the many scams that have already infiltrated this fledgling but potentially explosive industry.

We all should be anti-scammers and if there is a tool or a site we can use then we should be supporting it. I suggest that OP give a focus on this project and should link arms with other interested cryptocurrency enthusiasts as well. The site can even be turned into a money-maker if done correctly. Good luck.
