Looking for Bitcoin Financiers (Lenders) to finance the launch of the 1st hedge-based, multi-exchange Crypto-Fund-

- Financing will go towards: establishing the registered company and securities account in the Cayman Islands, Distributing Investor Materials, and registering across major Cryptocurrency and Forex Brokerages

The Crypto-Fund is:

- A discretionary Hedge Fund using Technical and Fundamental Analysis

- Objective of the Hedge Fund is to leverage minimal risk to the portfolio while hedging price activity across multiple cryptocurrencies using both long buys and short selling 

- The Crypto-Fund will be trading on several exchanges for drawing price advantages

- The Fund's Investment Philosophy is based on a bullish outlook on the liquidity and volatility of Bitcoin and Cryptocurrencies as well as a global macroeconomic perspective on its significance

Investors will receive:
- Equity stake in the Crypto-Fund
- Waived Management Fees for Life (which means we only get paid if we make you money)
- Fully backed loan payments for financing the project at a preferred interest rate
- Board Membership
