If this is true, then the BTC and the whole cryptocurrency market should have a big increase, but I don't see it at the moment.

This is good news and should be others country like my country Indonesia follow it, because cryptocurrency helped financial of many people in many country. Cryptocurrency changed life many people in the world from poor people to be rich people, so everyone should be support cryptocurrency economi to reduce amount of poor people.

Mitsubishi UFJ Financial Group, the largest bank and financial institution in Japan by assets,is planning on launching a bitcoin and cryptocurrency exchange targeting institutional and retail investor.
Japanese government and the financial services agency introduced a national licencing program to regulate cryptocurrency exchanges as proper financial institution.
