I still haven't got my documents verified.This is the slowest verification process I have ever come across.
Now I wish I had not submitted my documents I am concerned about their misuse.

Yeah, the load is what causes the slowness.
Hardware scale is at a maximum at the moment, software scaling always takes longer.
The basic UI itself is heavy on data load and we are reworking that as well to lower the data on each page.

Not gonna be anything quick, but once fixed, this should be able to scale up a lot more.

Any plan on bringing coinsecure mobile app?Not a bookmarklet app but a complete app like zebpay.
I believe mobile app is the necessity of the hour as most people prefer to use sites and services on mobile.

Thanks Pm sent.Actually I also want to report error I am getting while uploading the zip file.
Since I was required to send front and back jpg image of voter id and multiple files are possible through zip format only,I tried it but it says invalid file type.
Because of this error I could only upload front portion image of my voter id and waiting for customer support email to ask me for back image also

Was a different issue.
We have sorted scale some time ago.. Should be able to handle a lot more now.
We did an update late last night and incapsula had cached the update page. Purged the cache and it has been cool since then.

I am now able to log in but the order books are not getting loaded. Think the price surge has attracted dormant traders and all are trying to log in at the same time. Coinsecure should find a way to autoscale if that is an issue. I experienced similar problem during last months price drop and could not sell bitcoins on time leading to a loss.

While this is not absolute or written by law, this is practiced by many companies.

You mean to say that we have to show as trading in the books as like stock exchange trading , Then the profit will be shown as short term profit. But i am not doing trading but i am just earning through signature campaign, doing social bounty for altcoins and just sell the coins and convert them to bitcoin and sell them to fiat currency and use it in my daily life expenses. Then how come this will come in trading option.

Hey what do you mean by 0 confirmation. Are you referring to if transferred from other wallet to CS wallet it gets immediately transferred without waiting for any confirmations. Correct me if I am wrong.

However the daily chart can use some improvement. Currently when I look at the daily chart, it shows me quite old data, till 3rd Jan. Today is 18th Jan. How can I see daily chart data between 3rd & 18th? Just a small observation.

Bitpays rates being used for this.
From what I have seen, they have been steadily lower than Coinsecure prices and a lot more liquid as well.
Based on the charges of final settlements, we may add that cost at a later stage within the accepted percentages itself.

As volumes, partnerships and markets grow, we should see this drop as we start using our own liquidity.
