hey folks, as you know Bitcoin is not anonymous by default. In fact, it's the opposite, and anyone can trace all of your bitcoin transaction history in the blockchain.

If you cash out via a major exchanger to your real name (bank account, paypal, etc), then you're exposing your identity.

The best way to cash out Bitcoin is first to anonymize it.  The best bitcoin anonymizer I've found is https://BitLaunder.com .. it completely mixes/randomizes your Bitcoins
