Looks like they didn't integrate Opera Browser into the whole thing instead they make a new browser that specifically handles all the cryptocurrency things, it called Opera Crypto Browser.

Am kind of wondering if any one have use this new opera web 3 app to see how it work, am most interested in the scalability aspect how this new development help to solve the many problem faced in the Ethereum blockchain such as high fees, is the app really performing to expectation most especially on transaction fees. For beginners, they may prefer to have everything in one place (internet, games, wallets, etc.) and then it will be easier for them.
I believe their motive is to make an all-in-one browser about cryptocurrency. If you see the referenced link above, they also reserved some built-in pages that show any related cryptocurrency news.
