I have an LCX exchange account that used to be an airdrop, and in it there are some LCX and TIA tokens but what I'm surprised about there is that KYC is very difficult to do, even I have more than 5x KYC but the results are refused, clearly the instructions I run but still KYC was rejected, so I gave up and let this account never KYC.
If the coin is valuable enough to give our KYC then why not mate , but if the amount is just peanut that you need to risk your identity ? then best to let it go and forget  about the LCX and move on .
and besides Token with this behavior with the team seems to be something that we should regret partaking , because there are many out there that offers safer and worth investing that we can take than this exchange that i only heard now lol.
Precisely this token became a bean so I let it not match what was given with my KYC so I just left it and was never reopened.
The price of LCX and TIA has dropped so much because it's not realistic anymore, so it's useless with KYC if you only get a few cents, it's a little crazy if I do it.

In the past when LCX reached ATH I was trying to KYC to be able to withdraw funds from there and now I'm not interested anymore, but it has fallen to $0.06.
Good that you  just let go of that mate because I think even you without saying ? this is another BS project in which had used for Bumping and Dumping so it is not worth your Data to be provided .

and Now you learned your lessons mate , and will not deal with this kind of project that only wasting our time and effort and now asking for our details that they might use to sell in 3rd party and in the end? we will be Bugged by BS Emails and some sort of Advertising from the 3rd party buyers.

One of the things you should consider which is this one where you do really mind off on giving out your personal details for such amount and if its just peanuts then it would be dumb in doing so but if its big then
go ahead but of course you should be keen whether the platform is legit and reputable if you dont like to lose your coins.

This is my first time on hearing out this exchange but since we do have lots of platforms in the market then its really hard to make out conclusions whether this one is good or bad.

Therefore, the best thing to be done is to make out some in depth research and make out choice whether you should proceed or not.

If you have a trusted friend with crypto account you can simply talk to him and send your crypto and in return tell him to send you the funds to any money transfer allowed in your country. To get fair with your friend you must shoulder the transfer fee, gas fee, and also give your friend some tip to compensate the expense he render to encash your crypto.

I have lcx exchange account. But few month ago lcx exchange banned Bangladeshi users so Bangladeshi user can not withdraw their money.Any one help how verfied this exchange.
He can't withdraw his funds on the exchange, he needs someone outside his country who is willing to use the documents so that Op's LCX exchange account can be verified and withdraw funds from there, but the question is how much money is in the exchange? because he definitely has to give a gift to his friend.
That's also whether the OP has friends from outside countries who trust the most? because I'm sure they won't just give out the document unless it's used by themselves, it's someone's identity so it must be kept a secret.
Now that is the question whether the funds on the LCX exchange are large enough, if so, then keep it to get it, but if the results from my airdrop we will not be worth what we did.

try using a VPN so that your city or country is not detected, many exchanges apply that do not make their market, but there is a solution, I usually use a VPN, and edit the identity to change the address data, I use a fake address generator, to pass kyc crypto exchanges that don't accept countries I, to be more precise, if it is not accepted, the path uses RDP.
Do you think your IP address will always be same as your fake address during using VPN? No, your IP will always changed with different location, the thing is they're only make sure you're connected to specific country, not the residents, country, or place.

Good try dude, until your exchange flag your account and freeze your funds, you will cry since it's almost impossible to give them KYC since you're giving fake information.

I don't think this is a good idea.

They have audit trail for each user that sees where you've logged in first. And if there's a change of country of logging in, that might trigger another problem for you.

Instead of justifying that you're from this area and they'll send your funds back to you, they're going to hold it without any question because you might do it against their rules, if this is against their rules.

Better not, weak security systems may be tricked by this method. But the thing is the exchange also usually has an activity log that records the ip. If the account suddenly changes location away from the one you normally log in to, this is likely to complicate things if you get caught and they will ask for unreasonable verification data.

If his country or region is banned, can he transfer the ownership of that account to someone else to meet up with the rules and KYC?
No, read below of my post.

Quote
Does the KYC with a nationality from the banned country lock your account and you can't do anything about it or is it just a geotagging, IP ban?
It will be tough issues and mostly the exchanges wouldn't care anything or very slow to respond the case since anyone should understand TOS can be changed anytime and leaving your coins on exchanges always not recommendable. So it's the exchange right to follow their rules.

Quote
What about OP trying to log in to his account in a different country that doesn't ban crypto? Using VPN? Sell his account to someone else from a different country?
Using VPN to hide your jurisdiction is illegal and abusing the exchange, your account might got terminated and your funds will be confiscated, perhaps they will ask your KYC first since their system will flagged your IPs are different. According to their TOS, you're not allowed to sell your account.

You are not permitted to transfer your account to a third party.

Its a long list and as you can see the country you are living in is included which thats why its really important on reading up FAQ links so that you would able to avoid such problems.
You missed the point, the exchange firstly didn't banned his country, but the government put ban on Bitcoin, so that's why the centralized exchange including LCX also banned the countries too. You can't know when your country will ban Bitcoin even your country currently still accept Bitcoin.

I don't think @OP can do much about this case, perhaps he need to wait until LCX unban his country. In addition, use decentralized exchange, not centralized one.

Are the LCX and TIA tokens really worth your documents and face?

Think about it. What if the difficult KYC procedure was just created to gather your documents and user data for sale on the dark market?

Dont know on why you had made out this complaint unless if they had restricted out completely those users who lived on restricted countries.

I just heard about this exchange.
Legitimate exchanges will usually give out-of-balance alerts to users who will be affected by the new policy a few days in advance, unless you actually enforced their policy before you signed up. The question is, have you tried contacting support?
