For this auction they must all be prefunded.

Most of smoothie's auctions allow for buyers to not prefund the coins they buy if they choose to not do so. I believe this is smoothie's default language for his auctions. From the looks of it, he has removed this option for this auction, so all coins would need to be prefunded prior to shipping and he forgot to remove this default language.

Smoothie probably wants to clarify this though.

I am not sure why someone would want to buy a physical coin unfunded when there is the option to prefund it.

i think he's referring to buyers who wants to fund part/some of the coins in batches each day/time before shipping.

THESE COINS ARE BUYER FUNDED. Should the winner choose to pre-fund the coins before I ship them, they will accept the risks involved with shipping funded coins through USPS registered mail. The coins will be valued at the price paid plus the bitcoin that is loaded on to them (if they are pre-funded by the winner).
