Why do you pick those ones in the alphbet list?

For B, the market has a lot. How many Bitcoin forks are there?. Many and more than 1 hundred. Same for other letters so I am confused about your list.

Did you pick coins from projecfs you think are best on the market but have names or ticker with either letter B or A? It is not smart and can not be easily done. Someone look at this will think you are shilling those projects.

L for Loopring
M for Mina

Of course, Loopring and Mina, cause f&*^ Monero and Litecoin.
Oh, and btw, the moment you used Solana for S and not Satoshi, shows how much of bitcoiner you are. At least could have used Shitcoin.
I can imagine the result, O is for OKB, X is for XRP, nice way to fuck up your kid's education from the start.

LE:
H is for Harmony which has the coin ticker ONE., yeah totally making sense for a kid.

My kid has already memorized the alphabets and I think by next year, she'll be able to give examples of words from the alphabet. I'm not sure if that would be a good idea for her to learn that early. Many of those wouldn't be there anymore.
I'll stick to the normal alphabet examples that we're watching together like A is for Apple and so on. She's memorizing that easy but too bad that she's got a fever now, dad duties and a weakness that every father will relate.

If there is, surely parents are very fanatical about crypto which in my opinion will have no effect when the child grows up.
It's good to teach children in general to recognize numbers and letters, colors and names that they often see because they will be used and spoken during their growth period.
and if you try what the OP said it seems difficult for a child to be able to say it to a child under 5 years old and what is the benefit because it's not the time yet. Grin

Even I can't recognize some of these words. How do you expect a 1 year old to understand them?
Sorry, everyone have taken it in the opposite way. I haven't taught him the words. Same as placing a alphabet poster in child's play room I thought of placing a poster that holds the name of cryptocurrencies. Also, I'm not expecting my kid to learn it.
My son is 3.5 years old and I haven't even taught him words yet. Posters instead, but I didn't put crypto posters instead there are posters of family, animals, trees, close things around us. I will teach him about crypto when he starts school and is aware enough to absorb these things. and I will let him choose, not force.
I have a daughter who are 1 year in age .She is very lucky that i am her father who know about crypto .However we just want that our kids will teach about crypto when they are on learning period in age .No one here want to force their children to learn about crypto on their childhood .We will surely try to teach them when they are really mature to get a lesson about it but i will not force her,it is only her wish to choose if she want to teach it .The list share on the opening of the thread a good idea to make, if really it works but its better to take more time to pass the childhood .

Let the children enjoy the world according to the concrete operational level. An early age that is still vulnerable and requires introductory learning. Starting from introducing items that are concrete, visible, can be touched, seen, and can also be played. Young children are still too difficult to define something abstract. Give children learning according to the ideal stage. The task of parents directs him to know more about the environment around him.

Probably not a good idea to teach your kids those "words" that will probably cease to exist after a few years? Like, you probably know how most cryptocurrencies end up fading into obscurity right? Tongue

For some reason, it seems to me that by the age of five or six years, your alphabet can decently change. And by that time, your child will fit one, well, in extreme cases, two letters. B and E
I also have a son, but I keep him at a distance from teaching. Let childhood remain childhood, everything else can wait, but for now, only fairy tales.  Smiley

I have similar thought here! 1 year is too young for a child to start learning about cryptos and you have rightly pointed out that majority of the cryptos will change in few years of time due to the sheer volatility in the market.

It's very important to teach about money and finances. It is very important to teach them about the power of compounding and saving money. But everything has a time. Let childhood remain as it should remain.

Myself too don't force him to learn. Now it's time for him to enjoy the childhood. As said the two letters will be prominent in the market. I'm not into teaching him, I've just planned to create a poster and display it. These days my wife used to read stories for him to make him sleep, but he used to tear the papers. Even if you are teaching or want to teach your children about cryptocurrencies, let them know that their are many shit coins, thousands of altcoins are shit coins, so that he can know that cryptocurrencies are risky and many are like gambling, the best among them all is bitcoin, you can teach him more about bitcoin. I am not saying you should not teach him about altcoins too, but let him know how they are very risky. Most importantly, teach him how he can avoid scam which is most important.

New Bitcoiner into the world

Last year my wife gave birth to my son. It is almost eleven months crossed and he's near to 1year. By that time itself I planned of teaching him about cryptocurrencies. It is really very early to teach about cryptocurrencies. However I've prepared the list of cryptocurrencies with which I was able to teach him the English Alphabets. I'm not gonna force him, but I've planned to create a poster and display for him. On seeing the same he might learn something out of it.
