Also for everyone else yes I could you beta rigs but then i would have to pay a fee for my profit and if i wanted to low ball everyone elses price I would loose money then but this way i can make it a flat price.

Yep as this post above has said just let either betarigs or miningrigrentals deal with it.
Its all very easy and it will mine where you want it to until some one rents it, and then it moves all by itself to the renters pool

OP you should really check out betarigs.com, there u can lease your rig at your designated price.
You just enter their pool 1st, and yours as backup, and if your rig isn't rented, their pool will be inactive. As soon as someone rents out your rig, the pool will activate itself for designated time.
I used it in past and it was really good service.
