1. This smells like a cult. Remember Jonestown, they tried to isolate their commune and look what happened. If you are foreigners and you try to own a land near Mindanao or Visayan island, be careful because there are bandits that will target you for ransom money.
2. Not really, PH is a pretty friendly country when it comes to foreigner. Just keep your trangressions to yourself and you are good to go. Philippines is not that populated by Muslim, maybe what you are referring to is Indonesia.

Pandemic is not really a big problem, Global warming, climate change, air pollution is coming up buddy!

The concept sounds great, however, you're gonna need to present a bit more information here if you want anybody to believe you. Perhaps a website, contact details, actual names of the project managers, etc. Telegram is a haven for scammers.

One question. Why the Philippines? Their law is mixed between common law and civil law. They might have the ability to change anything that you do on a moment's notice or less.

The difference between this and the USA is that the USA is ALL common law. USA government doesn't suddenly jump in without some form of notice. The courts are open to jury adjudication before USA law jumps in. In addition, there is double protection in Private Membership Associations.

The reason we have had things like the Trade Center 9/11 and Waco, we weren't expecting to have to use common law. Now we are waking up to this power against government. They know this, and that is why they are using Covid deception among us. It's their last fight against our freedom.

Be ready to use Philippine Common Law. Does Philippine law include something like the Private Membership Association?
