i put my private seed phrase on a another wallet and that to has no balance so its not just ledger. for the fee i chose the fast option, think it was about 32 dollars so seems weird it was low. if my tx is removed how do i list it again or will i be credited back..

i checked and the original address is in there. My coins are shown in the blockchain see below, i dont know how to read the info displayed here but i hope my coins are not lost in some frozen transaction.

what can you see here?

https://blockchain.info/address/3AzWaxhLJBdxPx7NakZ8F9XbmP2FoGg6n3

Your transaction is not confirmed and also you add very low fee, only 10.95 sat/B or in total less then 1$ worth of BTC.I also see that you try to send BTC from legacy address to SegWit address,do you send this BTC to yourself in Ledger SegWit wallet maybe? In that case you need to choose SegWit chain in Ledger Bitcoin Wallet.

If there is problem with Ledger try advice of bob123 and download Electrum and then connect you Ledger to see what will show to you.It is possible that reason why you not see transaction is just because is to many transaction unconfirmed and your transaction is removed from mempool so Ledger App is not see it any more.I also have one transaction which is not visible on Ledger(Electrum)but it is visible on blockchain.info.

Did you nano generate the same addresses (resp. the same first address) after resetting it with the 24 word seed phrase?
If yes, then its probably just a display error or a network issue with their online service.

If, somehow, the address generated by your nano s after resetting is not one of your addresses and is unused then the seed most certainly doesn't match your old seed.
You could look into 'Settings' -> 'Tools' -> 'Sign message' and check the 'Address'-drop down menu and watch out for one of your addresses.
If it's contained, then everything is fine and its probably a display/network issue.

But if you don't find your addresses and it seems like a 'fresh wallet', you can still import your 24 word seed into another BIP39 compatible wallet (e.g. electrum[1]).
Make sure to choose the right derivation path: m/44'/0'/0'/ when restoring your seed in a wallet different than ledgers native one.

Hi all..

Ledger support not much help.

For a few days i have tried to send BTC to another wallet but kept getting "cannot send a error occurred" then on another try the transaction froze, i un-plugged and logged back into wallet only to find a zero balance and no history. I checked the blockchain and the coins are still in the address.

I have tried everything to recover....

reset application on nano
deleted and reinstalled everything from chrome to BTC apps
reset nano entered the 24 word phrase
made sure everything is up to date.

still no balance of BTC, however at same time i could send LTC and still have LTC history.

before you say yes i have made sure i was using the right app and use the right chain, i have also tried all possible variations.

Any help?
