Thank you all on this.

My mistake was: I expected that the Ledger says "Disable" if you disable the browser support. But it just stays with"Enable" - but the small switch is changing (when the ball is on the left it is enabled and vice-versa).

... perhaps I am just getting to old for this kind of stuff ...

When I am in "Browser Support" I see "Enable" plus a kind of switch plus x and tick.
When I am pressing the Up arrow I am instantly getting back to "Browser Support". I do not have the chance to validate.
Same situation is when I am pressing the Down arrow.

Hi, to access the Ethereum chrome app, you need to set Browser support to NO.

On your Ledger, go to Ethereum app, then use down arrow to go to Settings.
Click on the 2 arrow in the same time to validate.
Down arrow again to Browser Support. Validate. Up arrow to choose NO. Validate again.

Then you can access the Ethereum Chome app.

The browser support is just needed to access myetherwallet (dont forget to put Contract Data to yes to see your altcoints on the ethereum chain)

Edit: for Doge, i don't use this app, but should be the same thing.

regards

I have a Ledger Nano S and stored beside BTC als ETH and DOGE in it.
I am able to access BTC via the Chrome App.

I am not able to access ETH via the App, but I can use MyEthereum. This is strange, because I bought ETH via the Chrome App.
The same problem is with DOGE. I cannot acces it via the App.

Browser support is enabled. BTW: How to disable it?

Hope someone can help. Firmware is 1.3.1
