I should have mentioned, anyone with access to your old device would be able to view your account... but without the Ledger device (and PIN etc), they would not be able to spend your coins. Essentially, your old device has a "watching only" version of the wallet. All the private keys are stored on the ledger itself, NOT on your phone.

If you want to remove all traces of the wallet from your old device, you can simply delete the cache/app data for Mycelium and then uninstall Mycelium from your old device. It won't affect your ability to link the Ledger to a new device and you won't lose your coins etc.

I would advise that you make sure that you can actually connect the Nano S to your new phone first... some devices do not support OTG Sad

How are you actually linking the Ledger Nano S to Mycelium? Are you actually physically connecting the device to your mobile device with an OTG cable? Or are you entering your 24 word seed in Mycelium?

If you are not using the OTG cable... then you are doing it wrong and have compromised the Ledger Nano S seed by entering it in Mycelium.
If you are using an OTG cable, then everything will be OK. Simply install Mycelium on the new device and "link" it to your Nano S the same way you originally did.

Lets say,i want to buy the new phone and i want to delete MyCellium
How about, instead of deleting Mycelium, you first install it on your new phone? Or, if you don't have a new phone yet, create a new account (or use a "Guest" account) on your current phone and install Mycelium there (I've only tested this on Android). This way, you can see for yourself that you won't lose things before actually deleting data.
It's like any backup: don't just trust it, but test it!

Like TryNinja already said, your coins are not in your Ledger or MyCellium, they are on the blockchain. They will remain on the blockchain until you or someone else moves them. MyCellium is just the source you use to view the funds that are on the blockchain. Like a window in your home. You use it to see what is outside. If you cover that window with a curtain, the outside world won't disappear. You will just not be able to see it.

If you buy a new phone you have to create the same link with Ledger like you did with the phone you use now.

Lets say,i want to buy the new phone and i want to delete MyCellium(linked to ledger nano s)from old phone, and after this install MyCellium to new phone(and link it back to ledger).

Do i still have btc in my Ledger(after deleteting MyCellium) and MyCellium wallet, or i only will have btc on my ledger and to use it with MyCellium i have link it with ledger from the scratch?

So ,if i delete that MyCellium(linked with ledger nano s) wallet, can i restore it on this or another phone?
Yes.

Just to be clear: you are not restoring it/importing it directly from your Ledger Nano S wallet backup seed, right? Because that's the worst thing you could do.

You still have it.

When you delete wallets from a phone/device they aren't really gone. You just lose the access to them through that file (since its gone). This means that if you lose all your wallet files, addresses private keys and wallet backup seeds, you can't recover the wallet and spend the coins. But as soon as you have the file, you can use it to access it again.

Your coins are NOT stored in your wallet. They are in the blockchain, distributed across the world. Your coins can NOT be lost or deleted in the protocol level.

Also, all Mycelium does is access the wallet inside the Ledger Nano S and help you see and spend your coins. Do not lose/break your Ledger Nano S, and if you do, have your backup seed backed up and all will be fine.
