If you're not able to follow the install instructions, as advised above, you would need to find a (very) trusted 3rd party to run it for you. Once found, you should consider the seed completely compromised (as it has now been entered on a device other than your nano) and you would be well advised to move your coins to a new wallet with a new seed as soon as practical.

Im new in this forum.
Right one mounth ago buy my ledger nano s,and use to store some ripple and some ether.But after 3 time enter wrong pin,start the phrase recovery,but fuck i try and try to write the 24 words and always say phrase recovery not valid.All the words are in the list,i try also to change some vocal different,but same problem.What I can do ?

Did you ever figure this out? I was not wearing my glasses when writing the word list down and I wrote a word in space #5 that is not in the list of possibilities. Wish i had a program that could put each word in #5 until it got it right. Each time I try a word I must enter all 24 words before I know if I got it right or not.
If anyone can help i sure would appreciate it.
the "Seed Recovery" script is a little program that you can give your "incorrect seed" and an address that should be generated by the correct seed.
It then runs through a few different tests (like swapping words out, commonly misspelled words, or looking for missing words etc), generating a number of "guess" seeds. It then generates addresses for each of those "guess" seeds trying to find a match. If it finds a match... then you've found the correct seed
You would need to download and install "Python 2.7" and then download the script itself (and possibly install a couple of bitcoin related Python libraries that it uses that aren't installed by default with Python)...
If you are not comfortable doing this sort of thing, you would need to find someone you trust and get them to help you out.

Yep I know one address of ledger,and i check also in etherscan and my ether are still there.

Make sure that you input with correct spelling, this might be the initial reason why you get recovery phrase is not valid. Try to double check those words you have with this list https://github.com/bitcoin/bips/blob/master/bip-0039/english.txt having 2049 words.
And someone please correct me if there are other lists of valid recovery phrase out there.

Pls keep in mind that the recovery sheet of the nano s is ordered horizontally in the 2x12 grid. This might have confused you?
Maybe you wrote them vertically instead of horizontally? Would be worth a try.
If that didnt work you could try to check whether all of your words appear in the BIP39 word list. But make sure to do this offline (and make sure you use a bootable linux distro
and don't leave any traces on the pc before connecting it again to the internet; linux is pretty much suitable for this).
If you have found a word thats not in the list you could try to search for similar words in the list and try out those.
If this doesn't work out you could try to create a simple script which checks the "most similar looking" words around of your written words. This wouln't be too hard to write but you
should again make sure to do this offline. Otherwise i don't see a chance of you getting your 'right' seed back.
