Did you click the wrong chain? Bitcoin Ledger supports multiple "chains" (ie. Legacy, SegWit etc). The fact that you see no transactions would indicate that your "Ledger Wallet Bitcoin" might be looking at the wrong chain.

Check which chain you are connected to:

To try a different chain, click "settings":

Then "Blockchains:

Make sure you are one "Bitcoin" and NOT "BitcoinCash":

Try "Legacy" first, if that doesn't work, try the "SegWit" one:

Hi everyone.

Some help please!  Have any of you guys come across this issue?  I moved some bitcoin off my Ledger nano wallet and when i did, the nano asked me to confirn the first transaction, which i did, it then asked me to confirm a second transaction which i wasnt expecting but after reading a couple of posts online seemed like the right thing to do.  The next time i logged into my bitcoin Ledger wallet, not only was the balance zero but there were no historical transactions there either!  Its like its been completely wiped.  I know thats not the case and i'm just doing something wrong...   Roll Eyes

Appreciate any help.   Smiley
