Colissimo is for the people living in France.

For the USA, between Fedex and DHL you won't see a difference in the delivery time.
About to sign the receipt: The guy may not give you the box if you don't sign because in their book it may be consider as not delivered, so not counted.
Ledger says you don't have to sign if you ask but that was with the covid restrictions I think.

Where does it state fedex exactly?  can't find it.

See the first link -> Select 'North America' -> Scroll down to the U.S (the third column in the screenshot is for the FedEx delivery).

For delivery, they use both DHL and FedEX for the U.S as mentioned here: https://support.ledger.com/hc/en-us/articles/4403013285137-How-long-will-it-take-for-my-order-to-reach-me-?support=true

They do use COLISSIMO still, but not for the U.S.

As for your second question:

WILL I NEED TO SIGN A RECEIPT WHEN MY ORDER IS DELIVERED?

Yes, by default both the standard and express delivery methods will require you to sign a receipt when the product is delivered to your door.

What if I do not wish to sign a receipt?
You can contact the carrier to cancel a signature required.

In this case, please note that carriers won’t accept claims in the event of the product being delivered to the wrong person/address or left at your door.

When looking through order page, was surprised i had 2 options for shipping as there is fedex or DHL.  Both are courier.  When did ledger ship devices to the US with fedex?  Recall years ago, they ship it DHL and only that.  On their website, they say DHL or colissimo... no idea what that is but i assume its for france?  So if you are not in france, it has to be courier?

Anyone in the US can confirm they received their device via fedex?  Always thought it was only DHL.

Also do they require you to sign for it or they just drop it at your door or mailbox?
