Yes because the seed contains all of your wallets!
So, that's why is really important to back up your 24-word seed phrase before this case happens. You can also tested the seed on desktop wallet as well, example like Electrum so when your Ledger LOST/Broken you can using desktop wallet for alternative.

Hi everyone, I'm not sure if this is the right section but I would like to ask if the backup phrase that I have would be able to recover all my wallets. I mean in the ledger I have Ethereum, Bitcoin Wallet, Litecoin wallet and more. If I managed to lose my Ledger or it's broken would I be able to recover all my wallets with one backup phrase that was generated by my Ledger?
