Why is it so difficult for you to post more than one picture of the product you are selling (front, back, side and inside views)?  I don't think providing such information is unreasonable for a seller to comply so customers know exactly what they are getting.

wait he said, "~760gh and ~1400w EACH on 220v. " ...   isn't 220v double the wattage consumption as 110v??? Thats too much power being use just too much , ....Please explain.

No, we'd be dirt poor from paying from electricity in that case in the 220v part of the world.  Cheesy It's all transformed down to 12V. 1400W for each machine is pretty horrible performance for something that barely hovers above 700 Gh/s. Like 6+ months old tech bad. Sad

475M is the frequency i set, the  hash rate shown locally is about 810G, and the temperature of three modules is 58,58,64 respectively

You can change pool to see if the hash rate improves ?

If locally you have 810ghs, the pool should show the same after a while mining.

'The right to privacy matters'
AVALON 3 theoretical specs:

freq 475
hash 840
power 911

AVALON 3 real specs:

freq 475
hash 755
power 1400

I hope those numbers are related to the fabrication and not to the asic design.

If it's performance is due to the asic then we have one less competitor in the market.

In alibaba I saw some 1TH Avalon machines, but I'm not sure they are real.

ask bob what his psu is.  He sold some low cost server psu's to me and they would use 423 watts on one ant miner s-1 at 393 freq clocking.

while a seasonic 760 watt platinum runs the same psu with 373 watts.  now the seasonic was 149usd and the server psu was 69usd so the efficiency shortage is okay.

  but the watts are a lot different.  423/373 = 1.134    while  1400/911 = 1.536

So even if he tested with two server psu's   it should be 1034 watts.

BTW I did a hosting deal with the op at this link

https://bitcointalksearch.org/topic/m.6296463

A pretty good deal if you are going into the summer and would need to cool the gear with ac.

Can you overclock this unit to 1.6 TH?
these batch of chip cannot even reach the expected hash rate, they only perform 820G

I appreciate your transparency because these results are horrible!

This lines up with the 2 machines I got from another vendor, ~760gh and ~1400w EACH on 220v.

They are not hitting 820G ?

Correct.
hi bob
i have learned from the factory that the power usage is about 1000w, have you tested by yourself that the powerusage is 1400W?

That is pretty terrible power efficiency. I'd rather just buy S1s with those power numbers.

Exactly, so unless the heat or noise in the unit is less you are better of getting a Dragon. More hash and lower power.

But higher price per hash, QC concerns, and availability. Anyways, in all more options = better.

Too bad the power consumption is so high and you dont actually get a thash. How is the heat and noise compared to a dragonminer or 5 S1? Trying to see the advantage in this miner?

Much better power consumption /hash than the ants, but slightly worse than the dragons.

Do they come with PSU's?  What is the customs value?

Thanks ;-)
