what i believe is happening here is that there is no kyc for small deposits, like if your accumulated deposits is below 2000 euros. because most licensed casinos are not asking kyc for small time players with deposits/withdrawals below their minimum limit, let's say 2k USD or 2k euros.

totally removing their kyc will be against their license. so i also don't believe that they will totally discard this protocol as it is a must for any licensed casino.

I feel what they have just announced here about removing KYC policy and claming to be NO KYC casino is just a prank because they still have the right to ask KYC anytime based on their terms.

But this does not look professional at all. How could an honest casino or any service company of any kind, with legal business licenses, decide to hide an important aspect of its operational policy? And even if we consider that this could work, how long will they continue to hide? Until the authorities ask them to do so, or wait for the right victim to freeze his assets and immerse him in identity verification procedures that he was not even aware of?

Although months have passed since it published an official announcement here on the forum and its official representative has repeatedly tried to publish updates, its capabilities still seem insufficient and it cannot be able to compete with the smallest active casinos here on the forum. I was hoping to see a marketing strategy since last August, the date the official announcement was published.

Maybe they don't want people to get disappointed about the possible implementation of KYC on their casino that's the reason why maybe they hide certain information from their gamblers. If they are a license casino I guess there's no way for them to implement a no KYC in their casino since authorities will surely require them to happen.

What should we call them? an alleged scammer? there are two scenarios:

First scenario, they claimed have removed their KYC policy when the reality isn't.


Second scenario, even they already removed their KYC policy and not mention in their terms, but still using Curacao license, isn't they're actually a KYC casino but they choose to not reveal it.

Removing the KYC policy page won't make LeeBet a 'No-KYC' casino. LeeBet is a Curacao licensed casino and the identity verification requirement is still mentioned in the terms page (check the clause 5.2 and 9.3) of your casino.

Well, I decided to not participate... I think there are some forum rules against such PMs. There is a "games and rounds section" for such giveaways and a "service section" for reviews.

The site looks good, and they have some nice promotions there, but they need to think about some better marketing...

everyone likes to receive bonuses at casinos, this has been one of the ways that casinos have used to get customers, but even though it is something that customers like, when a casino places requirements that are disadvantageous to customers, then the casino will not manage to get many customers. By this I mean that your bonus is limited to a very small number of people, the value of the bonus is also very small and having only people who do kyc makes everything even worse, just see that it took a long time for all the vacancies to be filled and no one who has received the bonus has yet commented on the experience they had using your casino.

I completely understand that you must comply with the laws and the moment you put something like: any suspicious activity would lead people to do kyc and then detail what acts are considered suspicious activities. so I'm sure you could have customers who would make deposits and withdrawals without going through high level kyc, because at least things: full name, phone number and national ID people should do, but at least people could withdraw money and play in your casino without any problems as long as they don't get involved in suspicious activities and do basic kyc

and then you could give bigger bonuses but you would put wagering requirements like 10x which are difficult requirements but not impossible requirements, you could also run review campaigns in which forum members would receive X amount and test your casino and post the review in this thread and you would pay them, I believe this would help in promoting your casino and gaining a reputation, of course it takes time to obtain a great reputation, but you would be taking the first step

Regarding the KYC issue, if your casino asks customers to do KYC in the end, it is better if you ask them to do KYC before they deposit money, especially for customers who want to make big money deposits. This will prevent them from being able to withdraw their money if they want to withdraw large amounts of money due to the obligation to do KYC. Or maybe if they want to deposit big money, there is a notification for them to do KYC first.

As discussed previously by few users above, you can deposit and play without verification but you cant withdraw without verification because the terms say that KYC is required for any withdrawal.


The only different thing offered by this casino the option to gamble through telegram bot. It is not really new thing too but not many casinos provide this option. I cant say that it is something special tbh, in general it is just another ordinary casino that provide games from 3rd party providers.

by doing this all the people who used your casino would first go through kyc and only after that they could make a deposit and with that they would not run any risk of depositing money and at the time of withdrawal they ask for kyc and when they do kyc they disapprove the documents and freeze funds, claiming that the person provided fake documents.

IMO, If they do not make the update by themself you are not wrong at all. As always they should be aware of what platform they're using, I read the fees are deducted from the account customer.

Exactly since its bit disappointing when we are there and suddenly mandatory Kyc is been asked.
