After requesting an withdrawal, they made me to the KYC which, i don't mind doing it, despite them claiming they don't usually request it.

Now my account is locked and my funds not paid.

unfortunately this casino has had some accusations of scam since 2 months ago that have not been answered, these accusations are on trustpilot and casino.guro and it seems to me that it is one of the likely disappearances of op from this forum, the representative of this casino has disappeared from this forum since March 27th and looking at the scam accusations that are on trustpilot, the first scam accusation was made on February 27th

source: https://www.trustpilot.com/review/leetbit.io

It seems that they were already starting to not pay players, they probably started making selective payments to continue having customers because there would be few people exposing them on the internet and with that they would run their casino for a long time, deceiving and stealing from the people they introduce. a lot of money in the casino, people who played with little money, they would allow withdrawals, that is my assumption. We'll see if the representative of that casino will appear on this forum and resolve your problem. they also have complaints against them at the casino.guro

https://casino.guru/leetbit-casino-review#tab=js-tab-reviews

these new casinos are very problematic

Just hope that the leetbit rep will come back on this thread and resolve your issue. Seemed that they are not active for over a month now in this forum.

And by the way, why did you decide to play on this site while there are so many reputable casino and bookies here? Just wondering why some players are playing on a relatively new gambling site, which is not very active in this community.

Hey there,

I've used many bookies that I found here, and I had good experiences in casinos such as, bcgame, nitrobetting, stake, gamdom and 500.

But after a while they limit the winners and I have to move to the next one.

That's why I have to play in the "less" reputable ones.

Have you contact with the LEETBIT.IO support? Or they have any response about it ? You may should ask them why your account has been locked,
After that if you don't get any response they you can create a  Scam Accusations against them with the proper proved and details in this board - https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?board=83.0

Yes I've contacted their support but they still didn't give me a reason for the account lock.
I just created a scam accusation which will contain further updates on this case.

We see there is a lot of confusion regarding our KYC policy, and we are sorry for it.

We have reviewed our KYC policy multiple times and we have made a few adjustments according to your feedback and suggestions, but we still need to remain under some regulations and rules.

you have all the rights to conduct or required KYC guys it is your platform and players/gamblers need to follow , and we as gamblers has also the rights to choose if to continue playing or not.
and also if you are operating in country that need this to be regulating then just do it no matter what.

Do you know that each week we are rewarding all very active esports betters?

you keep bumping your thread almost every week but deny answering the last
question above about your VPN approval ?wondering why you keep ignoring them is
there specific reason?

To address another question regarding the usage of a VPN and restricted countries.

UPDATE 1: We don't have problems with our users using VPN for our website due to the nature of cryptocurrencies.

UPDATE 2: You are free to access Leetbit.io from any country in the world. We don't have specific restrictions at this point. However, it might happen that some casino games/operators won't be available if you are visiting from UK, USA or Australia. Our esports offer is working correctly everywhere

I did a quick check on your ToS. looking at your terms and conditions I can still see the prohibition of VPN usage and lists of countries that are restricted to use your platform, are you gonna update your ToS to implement this or put a disclaimer saying that these specific rules are not applicable for crypto gamblers?

3.4. You may not use a VPN, proxy or similar services or devices that mask or manipulate the identification of your real location.

4.1.3. If you are a resident of one of the following countries, or accessing the Website from one of the following countries:

United States of America and its territories, France and its territories, Netherlands and its territories and countries that form the Kingdom of Netherlands, including Bonaire, Sint Eustatius, Saba, Aruba, Curaçao and Sint Maarten, Australia and its territories, United Kingdom of Great Britain and Northern Ireland, Spain Cyprus, 4.1.4. To collect nicknames, e-mail addresses and/or other information of other Customers by any means (for example, by sending spam, other types of unsolicited emails or the unauthorised framing of, or linking to, the Service);
This is a hit. This is a confusion that the casino should fix quickly. We don't know what to follow and this can cause issues with the casino as they don't update their TOS or their representative here is spouting his own rules. I believe that ToS is the one that should be updated before any other platform accounts as majority of the people that really play on their casino will base the rules on their website.

I have noticed that you aren't much active on this thread and that's not a good thing at all. As a representative of a casino you should try to be more active on this thread as that will help out you guys in getting more players for your platform.

I have also noticed that you aren't running any advertising activities like a signature campaign and a review campaign on this forum. If you really want to get more exposure on this forum then it's highly recommended to run a signature and a review campaign.

We have reviewed our KYC policy multiple times and we have made a few adjustments according to your feedback and suggestions, but we still need to remain under some regulations and rules.

When we started to operate, we had KYC mandatory for all users. A few months ago, we have disabled it. Generally, KYC on Leetbit is not mandatory. The option to fill up KYC is there, and it must stay there because of protection, regulatory and retention reasons. The only reasons why we MAY ask you to fill out the KYC are:

1. Going against our terms and conditions and/or Leetbit's rules (abuse, suspicious behavior etc...)
*Applies to depositing more than €2000 or requesting a withdrawal (ONLY if the account breaches regulator T&C)
2. User birthday reward/bonus (to prove your birthday if you want your bonus paid - optional)

More information about our KYC can be found here: https://www.leetbit.io/en/pages/KYC

This means doing KYC is not mandatory, but we have that option available due to the points mentioned above.

Just some additional insights: In more than 95% of cases, all KYC that we did were regarding birthday bonuses/rewards

... as they haven't removed it from their terms, it means, it is either temporary protocol or no kyc for deposits less than 2k euros? the rep can clarify on this matter so people won't expect that they are totally operating without kyc policy.

Honestly confused as well on what has changed 😅

Looking at the post from the first page, the 2K limit has been mentioned on august this year so it's nothing new.

When a user makes an aggregate lifetime total of deposits exceeding EUR 2000 or requests a withdrawal of any amount inside leetbit.io Platform, then it is compulsory for them to perform a full KYC process.

A copy of Government Issued Photo ID (in some cases front and back depending on the doc)
A selfie of themselves holding the ID doc
A bank statement/Utility Bill

Source

I did notice they changed the word "compulsory" to "may", though if you ask me, it's more or less the same to me.

KYC policy and terms of service pages last update mark was on January 1, 2023 as well that could denote nothing important has been changed 'yet'.

Removing the KYC policy page won't make LeeBet a 'No-KYC' casino. LeeBet is a Curacao licensed casino and the identity verification requirement is still mentioned in the terms page (check the clause 5.2 and 9.3) of your casino.
So what is their point to say that they removed the KYC policy then if they still have the written terms that they reserve the right to ask identity verification?
Also, they reserve the right to revise and/or change their terms anytime so they claim today as No KYC casino by removing their KYC policy but they may also bring it back anytime when they want.
I feel what they have just announced here about removing KYC policy and claming to be NO KYC casino is just a prank because they still have the right to ask KYC anytime based on their terms.
I will not be surprised if there will be some players reported that they are asked to complete KYC in the future.

It will be impossible for any online casino (legal) with a valid license to erase the KYC/AML policies on their T&C, it will bring a real serious problem for them.
When there is a legal online casino state that there is no KYC on their platform then its up to us to decide whether to "trust" their words or not with a risk you can be asked to do a KYC anytime.

We all aware that this is one of marketing strategy to bring new users into the platform, some people might trust their words and some dont.
There are many better ways to promote the site to lift the platform reputation, no KYC statement is debatable and there is no legality of that.

what i believe is happening here is that there is no kyc for small deposits, like if your accumulated deposits is below 2000 euros. because most licensed casinos are not asking kyc for small time players with deposits/withdrawals below their minimum limit, let's say 2k USD or 2k euros.

totally removing their kyc will be against their license. so i also don't believe that they will totally discard this protocol as it is a must for any licensed casino.

as they haven't removed it from their terms, it means, it is either temporary protocol or no kyc for deposits less than 2k euros? the rep can clarify on this matter so people won't expect that they are totally operating without kyc policy.

This is a way that many casinos have found to keep their customers' money without the casino being accused of scam because the casino will say that the customer is not respecting the terms, for example there are casinos where their representative here on the forum has said that people can use VPN to use the casino, I've seen a few times where people ask if this could be accepted for people who are in restricted countries, but some casino representatives have said yes, people from Restricted countries can use the casino, I even ask these representatives who have said this, how this would be possible, given that their casino's terms of service say they do not accept people from restricted countries and do not accept the use of VPNs.

So I started to come to the following conclusion that often the casino representatives who are on this forum are not the casino owners, they are casino employees whose mission is to get customers for the casino and they use all methods to get customers, because without customers the casino will not pay salaries to employees, another conclusion I reached was that in the case where the casino representative on this forum is also the owner of the casino, he is lying that people will not do kyc, they are lying that people from restricted countries can use the casino, they keep lying that people can use vpn, but they don't change anything in their terms because they know that as governments have been tough on money laundering crimes they can seize the casino and the owner would be stuck

Also casinos can use TOS as a weapon, just people here on the forum lie saying that they are a casino without KYC and when people create accounts and deposit money in the casino, then they would ask for KYC and if the person refuses, then they will confiscate money from the casino. person and would close the person's account, and they will claim that this procedure is in their TOS and that the person when they created the account accepted this. That's why no one should believe in empty words, if nothing has changed in the tos then it's not worth creating an account. especially everyone should be very careful with TOS that says that the casino can change the TOS without prior notice

It is a common problem with the terms and conditions, when we want to make a withdrawal with a large amount they make our account suspicious so they force us to provide KYC, even after KYC is completed they will make things difficult for us such as countries that are prohibited and so on, this is quite common It depends on us whether they will act fairly

It's not even removed their KYC policy since I can still access it https://www.leetbit.io/en/pages/KYC

What should we call them? an alleged scammer? there are two scenarios:

First scenario, they claimed have removed their KYC policy when the reality isn't.

Thanks to your valuable input, we've removed our KYC policy. Your feedback means the world to us.

Second scenario, even they already removed their KYC policy and not mention in their terms, but still using Curacao license, isn't they're actually a KYC casino but they choose to not reveal it.

Maybe they don't want people to get disappointed about the possible implementation of KYC on their casino that's the reason why maybe they hide certain information from their gamblers. If they are a license casino I guess there's no way for them to implement a no KYC in their casino since authorities will surely require them to happen.

But if they insist and say that they are not a KYC compliant casino then maybe we should start to doubt about their intention since for sure in future especially if we win huge from their casino they would provably ask this before we can proceed to what we request to them. Then that gives us no choice especially if we want to withdraw our funds since we are thinking about using it for other important thing. They should be honest regarding on KYC discussion since for sure a gambler would provably accept that especially if they see that casinos are now asking this before they can access some features on their casino.

But this does not look professional at all. How could an honest casino or any service company of any kind, with legal business licenses, decide to hide an important aspect of its operational policy? And even if we consider that this could work, how long will they continue to hide? Until the authorities ask them to do so, or wait for the right victim to freeze his assets and immerse him in identity verification procedures that he was not even aware of?

Although months have passed since it published an official announcement here on the forum and its official representative has repeatedly tried to publish updates, its capabilities still seem insufficient and it cannot be able to compete with the smallest active casinos here on the forum. I was hoping to see a marketing strategy since last August, the date the official announcement was published.

Removing the KYC policy page won't make LeeBet a 'No-KYC' casino. LeeBet is a Curacao licensed casino and the identity verification requirement is still mentioned in the terms page (check the clause 5.2 and 9.3) of your casino.

Do you want to unsubscribe from them? Is it that they disturbing you with un-necessary emails? Yes there are some emails that you will receive that you can can't unsubscribe from them so what you have to do is to ignore the messages and delete them. On their own they will minimize the emails.

It is not that important thing to know whether the emails are disturbing or not for him but the the report that the feature is not working is the main point here IMO.
With the report, the casino can fix it as soon as possible so there will be no complaint from their players who want to unsubscribe their emails (mostly promotional emails) that can be something annoying for some players.

I do not see it as an effective promotion if the main idea is to get feedback from those who take the bonus.
You can try to have review bounties with some requirement and better rewards for those who are willing to do honest review.
I have not explored your casino yet, but opening your site for the 1st time through mobile browser, I have to say that it looks good enough.

Well, I decided to not participate... I think there are some forum rules against such PMs. There is a "games and rounds section" for such giveaways and a "service section" for reviews.

The site looks good, and they have some nice promotions there, but they need to think about some better marketing...

Hey L33T's,

We just closed 10 USDT free balance promo. Thank you all for your participation.

We are expecting some feedback from you guys! We would appreciate it! BTC

everyone likes to receive bonuses at casinos, this has been one of the ways that casinos have used to get customers, but even though it is something that customers like, when a casino places requirements that are disadvantageous to customers, then the casino will not manage to get many customers. By this I mean that your bonus is limited to a very small number of people, the value of the bonus is also very small and having only people who do kyc makes everything even worse, just see that it took a long time for all the vacancies to be filled and no one who has received the bonus has yet commented on the experience they had using your casino.

I completely understand that you must comply with the laws and the moment you put something like: any suspicious activity would lead people to do kyc and then detail what acts are considered suspicious activities. so I'm sure you could have customers who would make deposits and withdrawals without going through high level kyc, because at least things: full name, phone number and national ID people should do, but at least people could withdraw money and play in your casino without any problems as long as they don't get involved in suspicious activities and do basic kyc

and then you could give bigger bonuses but you would put wagering requirements like 10x which are difficult requirements but not impossible requirements, you could also run review campaigns in which forum members would receive X amount and test your casino and post the review in this thread and you would pay them, I believe this would help in promoting your casino and gaining a reputation, of course it takes time to obtain a great reputation, but you would be taking the first step

Site sucks; balance page is stuck [1] and this is another [2]. I use mobile, is that the reason? If it so, it shouldn't be.

On telegram, nothing happens when I click either of two given options (open registration form/connect existing account).

I wanted to raise two queries on live chat at first but it's not really live chat.

Last 3 spots for our "testers" - Free 10 USDT

I was wondering why the response to your free bonus was very poor. Since the 4th till this day you are yet to complete the free slots you made available. Is this not a sign of poor publicity, coupled with weak marketing strategy? possibly you could do much better than this if you use the right source to making your casino popular here.

Lastly, I noticed you demand that the bonus is only opened to  kyc members  here registered on your casino. OP let me frank with you, if it were to be you, would you try this out putting your identity on the know here for a casino linking your bonus to your identity and also tagging the place from which you are coming from? Nobody would be comfortable with this measure hence the poor turn up. I would advice you look into this and do the needful otherwise after this bonus for review your casino would still remain the same way it is.

I like the domain name. Telegram integration is welcomed, telegram crypto bots have it's own hype these days
IDK on what is with the domain name on why you liked it? But if I guess, it is because it sounds "lit"? And the word lit means cool. I thought the 1337 on the title is the number of games but after checking the image again in the first post, I see that it was connected to the casino's name.

It's easy on my tongue, rhymes well with 'bit', plus liking is also subjective. This 'leet' stands for elite.

You should add sports.

Adding classic sportsbook is in pipeline already, as users are requesting it.
We plan to add it in Q4 2023, or Q1 2024 at latest, depends on a development process.
We will update you about our progress regarding that for sure!

BTC

Good to see that you are really that hearing up community suggestions actively, adding up sports on your site on just simply been asked out one day then now trying out to be applied on Q4 for this year sounds great.

I would like to advise on running up some small competitions and some bonuses at least to not to dry up the hype because if you wont really be doing such thing then it would really be that easily forgotten.

People do love on things which are really that something interesting specially on new casinos. Btw, do you have plans on running signature campaign on this forum?
This had been the pretty basic behavior or steps that a certain casino would do specially new ones so that they would be adding up some exposure and showing off about their existence.
Or you do plan on doing later this year or in next? Better do it ASAP so that you would show into the public about your site.

nd the real definition of their casino name is also given there. Anything is welcomed here in the forum even the scammed ones, but of course it's always better if we can mostly see a legit casino. This is also for their own good, if they want to be profitable or be successful in this field. This isn't the first Telegram casino that I saw but this one looks interesting.

This policy is in place to discourage players from being inactive or ignoring important messages from our platform.
But, as long you give the information/make updates to the public.

IMO, If they do not make the update by themself you are not wrong at all. As always they should be aware of what platform they're using, I read the fees are deducted from the account customer.

That's mean, If the account already inactive but doesn't have any balance left on the account you cannot deduct the fee right? due there is no balance to be deducted from the account. Maybe make another note, only for accounts that still have a balance left in the platform.

As per our written policy - we do not make an account to go below zero. Neither there is and hidden accumulation of the fee.
If any player decides to deposit after a year or more of inactivity, we consider this an account reactivation and he/she has again a year without any deduction.
Additionally any player is entitled to explain his case to our support and we can evaluate exceptions on one-to-one basis. So reversal is possible.

BTC

welcome to the forum, your casino has a very nice design. but he has a very dangerous TOS. I will speak of the parts where I see that they are a great danger for all people who use your casino.

KYC Policy of PWN Technologies N.V.

When a user makes an aggregate lifetime total of deposits exceeding EUR 2000 or requests a withdrawal of any amount inside leetbit.io Platform, then it is compulsory for them to perform a full KYC process.

source: https://www.leetbit.io/en/pages/kyc

that means people can put money in your casino they have no problem with that, they will only have problem if they deposit more than 2000$ and when they want to make any money withdrawal, but if they deposit 1000$ and they play and lose money in your casino, so it's ok, if they deposit 100 euros and win in some game and with that they have 300 euros, they need to keep playing until they lose or they need to provide documents to make the withdrawal, because the only problem is at the time of the withdrawal, in the time they deposit 100 euros there is no problem

this is because it was the license provider who said that you should do things this way, but I would like to ask the following:

Can you show license documents where the license provider says they should let people deposit money, but when withdrawing they should force them to do kyc? I confess that I am very curious to see this, and that in recent months new casinos and some with 2 years of existence have used this argument that it was the license provider who said that they should let people make deposits and at the time of withdrawal ask for kyc . now in case it wasn't the license provider that forced your casino to allow people to make deposits but then prevents people from making withdrawals because they must comply with kyc, then I ask you: why don't they force people to make kyc before making any deposit?

by doing this all the people who used your casino would first go through kyc and only after that they could make a deposit and with that they would not run any risk of depositing money and at the time of withdrawal they ask for kyc and when they do kyc they disapprove the documents and freeze funds, claiming that the person provided fake documents.

Totally laughable and useless on asking out KYC on 2k deposit overall or total and its true that why not really that asking on the time that people registers? With those numbers then it would really be just considered out to be that still on that way since its really that very minimal and just as mentioned that it is really that a threshold that anyone could easily achieve which means that they can easily be asked out some KYC even if they have played out minimal games or certain deposits which it is really that something that we dont really like. So i do agree into those words that better ask it out on the beginning rather than on setting numbers which it is really just as good as none or having nothing at all because it is really pointless or having no use at all.

Somewhat, you cant really blame out if people would really be turning out to be that skeptical on dealing with the site because KYC in the beginning is really that highly frowned upon on which it would really be just that
bringing out that kind of common reaction that people would really be avoiding it out instead on playing this one. There's so much platforms that do offer huge deposit threshold before they would be asking out
some KYC and not this one. I do see that this is a problem with this casino.

Both questions hit on the same topic. Our obligations towards our license. The short answer is that we need to apply the AML rules of Curacao.
You guys are asking for proof - check the law in Curacao.
We paid a pretty penny for consultancy and legal companies to help us craft our policy co they impact our players the minim amount possible.

To make our point more solid - I noticed that you guys promote Stake and Rollbit - I am more than sure that they have the same or ever more strict Terms. Since they run under the same license as us. And if they dont, they are risking their license to get revoked.

Awesome ANN post op. The black and yellow design of the ANN and the site itself is extremely appealing and I liked the UI too. Sad about the whole KYC issue, but it's good to see you guys being upfront about this .

Noticed that a FAQ section was missing which needs to be added at the bottom of the page in my opinion. All the best!

Welcome to Bitcointalk. Enjoy your time here while promoting your casino site and get in touch with all the members here so your casino site can grow bigger and grow.

I tried to register at your casino and am still waiting for your casino's verification email. I hope it takes a little bit of time so my account can be verified soon.

Regarding the KYC issue, if your casino asks customers to do KYC in the end, it is better if you ask them to do KYC before they deposit money, especially for customers who want to make big money deposits. This will prevent them from being able to withdraw their money if they want to withdraw large amounts of money due to the obligation to do KYC. Or maybe if they want to deposit big money, there is a notification for them to do KYC first.

And until I post this, the verification email has not arrived at my email address. Hopefully, there are no problems with your casino server email. Or you can check @OP.

edit: now the email verification is arrived. And I see the problem is solved.

Leetbit_official can you tell us what is your KYC policy and can customers play games and withdraw coins without verification?

As discussed previously by few users above, you can deposit and play without verification but you cant withdraw without verification because the terms say that KYC is required for any withdrawal.

I tested so many new casinos that came out in last few years and I didnt found anything special that would make me switch my casinos of choice.
What is so special about Leetbit that would make me create account and test it?

The only different thing offered by this casino the option to gamble through telegram bot. It is not really new thing too but not many casinos provide this option. I cant say that it is something special tbh, in general it is just another ordinary casino that provide games from 3rd party providers.

Well, it's a nice thing they stated this and it's easily seen on the site. But full KYC when we reach a $2k deposit/withdrawal is a bit funny in my opinion. Why not from the start?
Exchanges have these kinds of limits from as far as I recall, but I don't see you complaining about them. How different is this?

Obviously, I am not a fan of KYC, but let's be fair. They are upfront about their limits and what they will do once the limits have been surpassed. This can help you make a choice on whether to sign up and use the service or not.

Then you didn't look carefully... although I don't trade as often as I used to for a long time, and when I make a trade it's usually done somewhere without KYC. When Roobet introduced mandatory KYC I stopped gambling there, I did the same thing when Binance introduced mandatory KYC, I stopped trading there. I feel like it was 100 years ago. Smiley

As someone said, if we wish to be fair casino owners should do full KYC before their players.

anyway, they may soon find out that they need to rectify this policy or else, they will be avoided by the gamblers.

I would say that it is really just that a small amount which it could be easily be achieved out on that 2k eur deposit.
Then asking these?
It's better if they are upfront about the KYC verification requirements and rules rather that lie to you that customers don't need any KYC verification and once you make a big winning they impose on you an impossible to pass KYC verification procedure.

I mean, how many casino out there will you play in and there is a guarantee they won't ever ask for KYC. Very, very few.

Exactly since its bit disappointing when we are there and suddenly mandatory Kyc is been asked. So much better that they put that upon registration so that there will be no question rise against this topic. To many casino say that they will not require KYC to their user but end up asking it on long run and also there are other turn scam since they are just baited those high rollers which doesn't want to go to this process.

Well, it's a nice thing they stated this and it's easily seen on the site. But full KYC when we reach a $2k deposit/withdrawal is a bit funny in my opinion. Why not from the start?

I only see slots and e-sports... an interesting choice for a start. I see many good providers and the site generally looks nice and simple. You definitely need some promotions and bonuses if you wish to attract more people.

Welcome to bitcointalk platform. It is nice having you here. I have gone through your website and I must say you have a good UI and graphics. At first i noticed you already registered a copper membership which shows you are a good listener and this further tells you are as well a good communicator and manager and i would like to call your attention to your posts here that you do not spam your own thread but rather you quote reply all in one thread so as not to occupy it all alone with single reply one for one. Quote replying on one post would help make your thread coordinated and well presentable.

This is correct - please take note that this fee applies ONLY after 1 year of a player not logging into his account.
And we are committing ourselves to inform you one month in advance before we apply this fee.

The timer resets automatically when you login.
Yes i read this. I post this only so that future gamblers don't get confused, and blame you for lack of information due to not reading the T&C. Because many times it is not only the casino's fault, but the gamblers themselves face many problems due to not reading the T&C.

However, do you think this account fee strategy will be more effective? I think if a gambler is thinking of coming back after a year, they will surely lose interest after seeing this fee.

I understand what you mean - players may feel bad if they find about this as a surprise.

This policy is in place to discourage players from being inactive or ignoring important messages from our platform.

We are not a bank or exchange - these institutions are designed for storing money. We do not want to risk to appear as such institution.
So the policy above is legal and procedural.

But it can be offset by our other internal policies in the marketing and support department.
If a player comes back in a year or more of inactivity and complains to our support team that his balance does not correspond, we would be stupid not to make an offering to him that can offset this penalty.

Welcome to the forum.

I first looked at the T&C after visiting your website, and became aware of your T&C. I won't say anything about your design or website. I would only ask gamblers to read the T&C carefully before creating an account so that there is no confusion in the future. Because this casino has an inactive account fee, if gamblers are aware of this fee in advance, they won't be surprised if the fee is deducted from their account later.

Quote
7. Inactive Accounts
7.1. We will charge you a fee of €5 (or currency equivalent) per calendar month (Inactive Account Fee) if:

you have not logged into your Account or logged out from your Account, or used the Service, or made any bet in any section of the Service for twelve consecutive months or more (Account Activity);

and your Account is in credit.

7.2. You will be notified that we will start charging you the fees on the eleventh month of inactivity and you will always have the option to log in and withdraw your funds.

7.3. The Inactive Account Fee will be withdrawn from your Account on a monthly basis to the extent that your Account remains in credit and only for the period during which there remains no Account Activity after the initial twelve month period has passed. If the Inactive Account Fee is due to be withdrawn from your Account and the balance of your Account is less than €5 (or equivalent currency), the Inactive Account Fee shall comprise the remaining funds in your Account.

This is the first "Telegram casino" I've ever seen in the forum. Maybe we should wait for a "Discord crypto casino" as well. Grin
I'm pretty open when it comes to trying news things and I might try it.
Unfortunately, Telegram has been associated with lots of scams and scammers, because the platform is privacy oriented.
I will have to reopen my Telegram account and test your casino.
I like that you provided an explanation of the meaning behind the term "leet" in your announcement thread. I'm pretty sure that 99.9% of the gamblers don't care about the meaning behind that word. Grin

We definitely do not want to force players to platforms they are not comfortable with - Telegram Casino is just an addition to the website.

We understand that player distrust is the natural and correct first reaction to each new project.
There is significant time and money investment from our side into L33TBIT.
By being licensed we believe that we get some trust level.

By posting this you've just proved to us that you are open to every suggestion I hope you continue doing this by being open and transparent, and about reviews, I'm sure the casino review sites will communicate with your team to do an extensive review of your platform.

I recommend that you plan to do a signature campaign maybe not now but later, as it will maximize your presence here, the longer the campaign the better.

I just accessed this site, everything looks easy, doesn't require a password, just use email, we can create an account and log into the account via email confirmation, that's good and looks different from other sites, maybe there are some things that bother me about KYC, but that's what I'm used to see and hear it for a new platform. but maybe it could be changed in the future for the community to be able to play without constraints on KYC and their money stay safe there.

Unfortunately there aren't a few games that I usually play, almost the average slot game that I don't usually play, so maybe next time I'll try your platform if everything looks good, moreover you also look serious in promoting your platform by becoming a copper member, at least another step is need to hold a signature only campaign on the forum to attract new users here, whatever it is welcome to the forum, maybe try your telegram casino a bit later  Wink

Thanks for your feedback!
Please let us know what are your favorite games. If the games are not exclusives, we are able to add most of them. Cool

They are unique with being the first Telegram casino; their other selling point with the (vip) levels is far from unique. I am quite hesitant to try them out, as Telegram is known for its scams as you mention and I dislike the app really. Good luck to Leetbit but I will pass on this new casino.

Thank you checking us out. We understand that Telegram can feel sketchy. That is why there is a desktop and mobile version of leetbit.io

Regarding our VIP L33T leveling - our selling point is in the details - no wager free spins winnings, free cash , unlimited cashback, etc.

We like the "no bullshit" approach, so players dont get nasty surprises once they receive their rewards.

Thank you all for the warm welcome!

Please let me address your questions and give you more background into leetbit.io

Telegram Casino - This new way how to play "on the go"

We allow players to navigate leetbit.io inside Telegram via commands. The functionality is completely the same. You can register inside Telegram or if you already registered on the website via a browser, you can connect this account to Telegram.

Your deposits, balance, rewards and progress in L33T leveling will be THE SAME on Telegram or on the website inside any browser on PC or Mobile - Everything runs on the same platform.

https://blog.leetbit.io/leetbit-telegram-guide/

Deposits and Withdrawal - Due to leetbit.io being regulated by Curacao and being a new project - we need to be compliant towards rules of our license issuer. HOWEVER - this does not mean that we will use this as an excuse to delay deposits or withdrawals.
We understand that if player get a sour experience with us they will not return.

We pride ourselves with fast deposit AND withdrawals - feel free to contact our support on the site or Telegram regarding this.

I also requested our legal team to make a review of the policy and ask our regulator if we can make adjustments to the 2000 EUR requirements.

Promotions

To allow players to get a fair experience we developed a system of post-gameplay (post wager) rewards.

The main reason is that once players receive this reward, they can do whatever they want with it and is not tied to ANY actions and there is NO WAGER connected to it.

The rewards are awarded once a player reaches the next elite level.
Progress towards each level is based on the player bets placed - no matter you win or lose - you always progres in the elite level scale.

Rewards are - Free Spins, Free Cash, Deposit Top Up (no wager) and No Limit Cashback

More on rewards here - https://www.leetbit.io/en/promotions

When a user makes an aggregate lifetime total of deposits exceeding EUR 2000 or requests a withdrawal of any amount inside leetbit.io Platform, then it is compulsory for them to perform a full KYC process.

Welcome to the forum and good luck!

I like the domain name. Telegram integration is welcomed, telegram crypto bots have it's own hype these days, but it didn't work for me — "open registration form", "connect existing account" — nothing happens upon click (other bots work fine, so problem appears to be on your side).

It seems like you guys really came prepared to the forum, I really commend you for the graphics of your Ann thread usually when a casino comes to the forum it’s forum members that inform them about getting a copper membership to enable them post images that will make their thread look more professional, same praises goes to the design of the site.

I’d also recommend that you check out the service board and look for a comparing manager and discuss with them on how you can bring more exposure to your project because right now you have so many competitors in the forum and for you to stand out or be noticed at all you’ll have to run some campaigns either a review or signature campaign any one would work.

Btw, welcome to Bitcointalk.

While you have got a good design for that image so props to you with that.
But it seems that Telegram gambling is not really an ideal way of getting customers and have people onboard on your platform.
It is still best to have your own website and be focused there since you already have your own domain.
Btw, welcome and be more conversational with the potential customers that you'll have on this thread of yours.

Welcome onboard,  I guess you are still working on your ANN thread and it is good to see that you already own a copper member account, that will make your feedback and other posting engagement here more content inclusive such as being able to post images like you just did.

Why did you resized the image you posted to a small seize,  trust me the first seize fit perfectly fine for me.

Edited:  now I can view the sportbets section with all the tournaments,  good luck hommy and let see what the next promotion/bonuses you have to offer to forum members,  because that bonus is what motivates new players to try out your casino.
