Topic: Legendary account 'MintCondition' with green trust has very likely been hacked (Read 1160 times)

This provides an excellent opportunity to open up a much needed debate. In previous threads related to accounts either changing hands or participating in historical nefarious activity but going through a process of several years where nothing untoward took place, the general consensus was one of a forgiving nature.

I am convinced this sort of behaviour will continue whether action by members is taken or not however by taking action it sends out a signal that at least some of their accounts will be rendered useless and they have to go through the inconvenience of giving up on those discovered accounts. What will be the consensus in this matter.

Interesting, this is another piece in the jigsaw. The question does remain, how could this happen.

If there is enough hard evidence to show that all three profiles are part of the alt network, and most of those profiles are permanently banned, then I don't see why they should be overlooked just because 5 years have passed. The rule is clear, if one of your profiles is permanently banned, all known alt accounts will suffer the same fate if it can be proven beyond a doubt.

Now it remains to be seen whether any of those named will try to defend themselves or whether they will remain silent.

I have reviewed it and I also see it that way in the spreadsheet. For me they deserve reg tags but I am going to wait in this case in case they come to the thread to say something.

Why five years ago? Look at the participation of two accounts in one company signature. And the most offensive thing is that this company in which you and I work today. I did not begin to calculate how many weeks these two accounts participated together in one company, but today we must ask them how this could happen.

Not only that, all the transactions were made on the same day, and they are all 1-7 minutes apart from each other. Ergo, and in conjunction with the previous connections made in this thread, it is highly reasonable to assume they are all alt accounts.

Let's look at the transactions to the address by the non-tagged accounts:


The Beparanf and Omegasun transactions are 2 minutes apart (7 ETH blocks)


The Wapfika and and Blamsud transactions are 4 minutes apart (12 blocks)


The Wandika and Eternad txs are 7 minutes apart (28 blocks), and the Eternad and Armstand txs are 3 minutes apart (13 blocks).

It appears that Beparanf, Wapfika and Eternad were all taking part in the following bounties, along with the rest of the accounts in this list:

Adbank
BitDice
Zippie

So why weren't Beparanf, Wapfika and Eternad previously identified in this thread? Because these transactions took place on Oct. 7, 2019, over a year after the last post.

Based on similarities of names and registration date, there's at least 2 other accounts that (originally) belonged to this farm, but I'm not posting them here for lack of additional connecting evidence.

Here's a question for the community: While I'm certain Beparanf, Wapfika and Eternad are linked to this account farm, should they be punished for something that happened over 5 years ago? I would genuinely appreciate some input on this matter.

They said they bought twitter account, they can't really say they bought ethereum wallet private key http://archive.fo/I20zk#selection-4799.0-4799.48 half year after your finding.

Noticed this user shitposting on one of sylon's campaigns (no surprises there) and something just seemed odd (unusual to see a Legendary posting like a Filipino Newbie).

Looking into it there's a huge gap in his posts. The account stops posting on September 12, 2013 then reappears on February 18, 2017 and you can see the stark change in the quality of his posts. Last post where he even 'signs off':
