I don't know, the website works fine right now. And the team is stated on the website as well. However, the project's reputation is bad overall. There's even a video about it on bitcoinexchangeguide.com. People state that it is probably a scam, since it ensures people will have crazy profits as well as that coin will be listed on major exchanges, while there's no evidence for these things. I would stay away from it. OP, if you didn't get your coins and stuff - you can still try to contact the support team. I am sure there's an admin on their telegram channel, but you can also try writing a message on facebook: https://www.facebook.com/legitcoinICO. Unfortunately, there's no contact email on their website.
yeah, the website is working now, but I can't find any satisfying information about this project, team, roadmap and etc.
Ironic that it's called LegitCoin. 
They're probably a scam simply based on the fact that they're trying to disprove that through their name alone lol.

went to the site. with the site all right, written 1 LEGIT = $ 2.70 USD ..... until it is clear the scum or not

I participated in airdrop from Legitcoin. It was so advertised by plenty of telegram groups and etc.
Their website told, that their token costs ~2.5$, but, I can't visit their website now.
I'd seen before that their team is hidden and it is the first sign that it is scam.
Their website is down now, isn't it ?
Conclusions: always try to find info about team, because it's very important. Don't trust any hype, and make your decisions cold-bloodedly.
