Just lock it yourself, or change the terms of requiring collateral instead of ID.
If you didn't already know, there has been "ID scams" in the past. You're basically buying the borrower's personal info, disguised as a loan. I sure as hell wouldn't sell my personal info for 0.01btc.

Anyway, i'm looking to lend 0.02 to someone, with a expected return of 0.03 (1-4weeks) max term.
To obtain the loan i will require you to provide me with your personal details, no collaterol needed.
