I don't care man. I been in that situation. I'm not like the rest of you guys. If dude needs like 10$ and doesn't repay it, it's not going to kill me. It'll only hurt him. I don't believe in the whole rank and reputation thing to begin with. You can buy a damn account and pretend your this great member of the "community". No one knows who anyone is on here. We're all just strangers, fat people munching on Cheetos in front of a computer screen trolling. I had a newbie reach out to me in my time of need for my very first loan request and he simply sent it over without a question. I still talk to him to this day. A higher rank member would never do that for anyone else. Like you, they just sit and troll, hating on everyone's shit, giving negative feedbacks pretending to be god. Gtfoh. Matter of fact I've been scammed twice on here and it was because they were full members and I fell for the "rep". It's all a joke.

Why would anyone give any form of loan to an account that has no trust here on the forum. There is no guarantee that the loan will be repaid.

Is there really any lending company that can offer loans without collateral? All I see are empty promises from online finance firms

Make sure that an escrow holds the collateral if you decide to take a loan with this user. His recent history is very suspicious.
