So actually you are looking for donation not for loan, i would like to know why you are asking for this low amount for loan 0.001BTC and for how long period you want this amount?

i didn't read it carefully first i thought that person asking for loan because his writing style is little bit confused so that i asked about what he will do this amount but offering loan of very small amount it would not help anybody and who will take this small amount so he will really return?

0.001BTC = dust transaction... 1% of 0.001BTC is 0.00001BTC... min tx fee per kb 0.0001BTC but can go as low as 0.00002BTC...
