Hey everyone - it's my first official post here and I wanted to share a bit about a project some friends and I started a few months back - the Crypto Noob Club. It is a mining club we set up for our friends and family. We all share in the proceeds as well as costs to operate everything, and so far it has worked out well (so far.) I figured people might be interested in hearing about other's setups, so here i go.

We just went into production last week. To start we are running 9 x Moonlander2s mining Litecoin (for now,) and 3 GPUs (rx580) that we use for some "speculative mining." We are going to continue to add capacity as we onboard more members, and we have a pretty neat roadmap that includes some alternative energy sources eventually.

Here are some pics of the initial setup.

I whipped up a quick blog post today about out setup and some of the lessons learned. Here it is https://cryptonoob.club/mining/lessons-learned/

I hope you enjoy. We're all ears if anyone has any recommendations for optimization or cool ideas you'd be willing to share!
