When we invest, we become a part of the bankroll, correct? How much is it per share? Will we be able to invest when the site is actually functioning?

The IPO will be ended 5 hours and 19 minutes later.
Any investment after deadline will be refund. If the investment didn't reach 10,000, then the rest would be sold later one market with the price higher than original value. 0.01BTC would go to the bankroll, any profit above that would be taken by the team as upkeep fee.
