I'm afraid it's going to be pretty hard to find a backend developer who is willing to work with you on this. Backend developers who are willing to hop on another project sort of out of the blue are unfortunately far and few between. You'll find frond-end developers are more receptive to this. If you're unable to find someone for the backend stuff, don't give up on trying to learn some of the back-end stuff yourself.

Obviously, OrdinalBots.com is no longer any competition. the domain is for sale and an auction is open for receiving bids for the purchase of that domain.
Maybe you should think about buying it because it will save you a lot of money for marketing and promotion from a well-known service rather than the beginning. although as far as I have seen the basic metrics, that domain did not have any significant traffic, so it is questionable how much real profit the service made on it.

Good luck. I think there’s plenty of space in this field for competition and that ultimately makes everyone better. I have lots of things I’d like to see added to Ordinals style NFTs and am watching this market to see what kind of innovation is happening. With web3 as a guide, I think there is still lots of functionality that could be added to NFTs on Bitcoin’s blockchain.
