Do you have any prior experience managing a site, let alone a faucet?

I though that i might team up with someone to make a faucet.
Both of us invest 50% each and try our best to promote it.
Heres what we can do
Theres a guy selling a .com domain for 0.012 BTC
we'll buy it from him
then i saw a faucet expert mmporter selling hosting for $1.5 a month so we buy 6 months hosting - $9
and setup, we'll do it manually or hire someone
if we hire- its going to be around $5
OVERALL-- roughly $20 investment
we can buy links on other faucets and generate traffic and in addition, I will SEO the faucet if I can as I've worked only with blogs before and blogs have more content to seo and its much easier.
Looking for suggestions and ideas, I can even design some custom banners and designs to customise the faucet.
I'm looking for 1 or 2, partners. WE share the profits equally.
