Unfortunately that type of thing happened a few times and because of that everyone now expects something like that to happen again and again, and specifically on the projects they spend time on as well which is why there are so many bounty hunters. I am not saying it won't happen, because like you said it is all based on luck, but since people do not realize what type of luck we are talking about and why it should be very rare, they just assume if they go into every airdrop they can find, eventually one of them will make them super rich.

I wish things were that simple, I have dealt with airdrops for a very long time and I can tell you that most of them worth absolutely nothing, more commonly projects that does pre-sale do not even go back to pre-sale prices neither, they drop too, which means there are not that many coins that make people profit in the first month, only a very few of them does that.

I don’t think the idea of turning $ 500 into fabulous wealth can be realized. Some investors are happy with the $ 500 profit and wait months to get it.

Not everyone will be happy to risk their money. Perhaps the author was greatly influenced by the example of Elon Musk? But only Elon Musk is not afraid to make a fuss about everything he does, and he is not afraid to stay in the red because of his own ambitions.

Maybe if you had taken time to read and understand the nature of most comments here you would have save yourself the trouble and find interested people elsewhere,

if i may ask why you say the process of buying $helmet is not straightforward! perhaps you can share more details here if you find any, i will also do my due diligent regarding the project.

To address your first point:
Indeed this might not be the best place in order to find like-minded people, but where is such a place?
I don't think it will be different on Twitter or Telegram.
Second point:
I was just glancing over on how to buy $helmet, maybe I am mistaken and it is a pretty straightforward way to buy these tokens.
But like I mentioned above, I will study it today and be back with my findings tomorrow.

But the problem here is that finding that "good" project. There's already been cases were seems to be good projects ends up scamming users. There even projects handled by reputable campaign managers that ends up being a failure or a scam. So saying "invest in the legit ico" is better said than done.

Believe it or not, I don't have a pump group in mind.
Never even thought of that.
My idea was more of a "think tank" to find the proper coin.

$helmet is offering real data for all kinds of insurance. Insurance is where literally trillions if dollars are being moved annually. They need verified data to make their decisions. That's were $helmet comes in.
So big money, a real life case, even if they don't move 10x,I am convinced that every dollar invested will, for a minimum, stay one dollar. I just can't see taking a loss with investing in insurance, and on the other hand the sky could be the limit.

It's better if you can try to do that in your own way and try to did a research by investing small amount of your money to the legit project and you can tell us the result about how much you have gotten from your investment (ROI)

If you participated in a pump group you'd know that the head always makes money and gives signals to his minions that are exactly the opposite of what he's planning to do.

It could be a fun thread if you gave some reasons behind your picks. Why those coins? What do you know about the projects you want to pump?

And one more thing. These groups are rarely open because you can bet people will trade against you if you announce it like you're doing now.

That's a lot to consider but why not? if you've found a coin that's going to have a similar growth as bitcoin and other top altcoins that have reached a really high ATH.
Just take one step at a time and choose those coins you want to buy. But things are different this time, looking for such gains as what you're planning to have, should require you higher capital.
