Since working with the ecb has become meaningless and a group in africa started a "panafrican" ICO,
why don't we just create a "paneuropean" euro ICO like the european central bank does?
we just create our own set of new "euro" banks before the garbage ecb will collapse with its crazy burocratic system
to be able to participate in this you have to live in a "eurozone" country
