Topic: Lets discuss "Bitcoin Investment Club" (Read 1594 times)
There are already a couple bitcoin investment clubs, I have been approached by these clubs to join, I have declined. The amount of funds they asked for made me uncomfortable. They wanted ~$25,000, when bitcoin was about ~$8-$10, one even wanted a based of $50,000. They also didn't have a great plan, which is key to find the niche of what your going to invest in. I am in a USD Investment club and it actually works great, seen some returns nothing amazing to retire off of.
Does not matter what the investment is, What does everyone think about it toward the U.S law?
What should one imagine under "Bitcoin Investment Club"? Something like venture capital?

Is the first rule do not talk about the bitcoin investment club?
I'm not sure why this is in Lending. I am starting one locally to educate about Bitcoin. Not much interest yet. I'm waiting for more mainstream acceptance before I bother to promote it. Hardly anybody knows about Bitcoin. The reason I think about it as investment is because few people know the difference between spending and investment anymore and Bitcoin will allow folks to take back control of their money and be their own bank.
Does anyone have ideas, comments, about this? I was just wondering what the community thought about this as a whole. Lets keep the trolling, and bashing down fellas.
